I ordered 2 fish sandwiches and wondered why they taste funny. Well, the buns were completely burnt. This was my first time here.

This is normally my “go to” location however today’s staff is messing up the reputation. Had I not placed a mobile order, I would have left like everyone else. 5 cars pulled off from waiting. I placed my mobile order at 1025 and entered the line at 1032. I heard them tell each customer from 1032 to 1044 to “please hold they were backed up” serving customers. I pull up and announce that I have a mobile order, which is how I finally got me food.
It should not take 15 minutes of making customers wait to transition from breakfast to lunch.

I write this review with the upmost sadness! I swear if I could boycott this location I would!! The service is extremely slow! The food quality is of street food level on the ground! No onions, ketchup, mustard are anything! I wish the Corporate HR could eat the foods that bad reviews. False advertising and poor service is beyond a review! A patty melt they sad cheated out of my money! Never again!

Ordered two meals and subbed one fry for chicken fries. Both burgers were barely warm and the chicken fries were so old and cold they were pretty much inedible. Food costs are too high to serve things like this. I didn’t give one star because it was my first time there and I’m trying to give the benefit of doubt and I didn’t ask for hot food which I shouldn’t have to ask for. So. Maybe I’ll try again in a few months just to see if it was just a bad night.

They are incompetent to details I told them I needed a impossible whopper and they gave me real beef. Im vegetarian. The manager didnt care. Please train your staff better. The mistake should not have been made. Made me feel like they spit in food or something.

Despite ordering 2 Impossible Burgers through the app with plain cheese, I discovered that the cheese was missing and I didn’t receive the honey mustard I was charged extra for. I only realized the errors in my order once I arrived home. Additionally, the top bun had a strong cigarette odor, which i believean employee spit on my top bun. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and left me feeling disgusted.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars for the food. This BK food tastes nasty, and the service is slow. I tried to give them a chance. For some reason, most of the fast food restaurants in the area on Tara Blvd are not good. It’s like the quality and taste are low budget. I live in the area. ✊

The drive-thru employee was really nice. The food was alright. Whopper with cheese was not as good as it used to be. The onion rings were great though.

I ordered a Jr whopper meal with onion rings. I realize it’s smaller than a whopper, but this was ridiculous. It was by far the smallest hamburger I’ve ever seen. The hamburger and the onion rings were as cold as could be. The tomato was so light in color, it was white. I will never go back to that location in Jonesboro again. It was a waste of money.

I told the girl at the speaker i wanted only lettuce and cheese because i’m allergic to tomatoes. The lightskin girl at the window wasn’t friendly, she dropped half of my change and proceeded to hand me the wrong sandwich. The employees working there wasn’t doing anything…just waiting in line I looked in the window and there was a young boy just standing there. It’s too late for me too come back i was here to visit, but i willn’t be coming back. Really isn’t hard to check people bag’s and make sure the food is correct. I’m not even hungry anymore, i’m upset.
