4 people working and it took them 25 minutes to get my order out (a bacon king and a drink) and when it was out no one said it was mine and it was just left at the front counter. they have no awareness of time or try to hurry in any way. one girl canceled her mobile order bc it was taking them so long. slowest location ive ever been to. would not recommend esp if youre on lunch break

The posted time says they open at 7 am. Got here at 8:30 am the dining room was closed. We had to walk because our car was getting worked on at the shop close by. We were asked to walk to the drive through window because they had to do a cleaning due to inspection. We didn’t have a place to sit and eat our food. The GM Michael was annoyed that we were here in the first place and i was annoyed i walked here and was asked to stand in the druve through to order. Maybe do your maintenance after hours like most businesses do.

The service experienced during our recent drive-through pickup was unsatisfactory, from the moment the mobile order was placed until the food was received. The quality of the food was also subpar, with the soda being flat and the fries stale, suggesting it had been prepared some time ago. Upon arrival at the drive-through, as indicated in the mobile order, I was directed to enter the establishment. This resulted in a 25-minute wait to receive both the beverage cups and the food order.

Had a mobile and a car in front of us in line was complaining about there wait. We pull up the lady on the headset asked us to hold a min 10 mins go by an nothing anther 10 go by and we finally get to tell them we had a Mobile oder that was ready at 8:15 we get to window an the orders isn’t ready. We wait 15 mins at the window just to get our drinks.
Only one person work the other working laying up on the counter not helping now my food is cold

Submitted a mobile order. Patiently waited 15 minutes; was told at first the wait was for biscuits, next for eggs. Overheard the worker tell staff to fulfill other orders that came later before mine, and still did not get the food even after the drive thru and I’m store orders were cleared. The shift manager would not speak to me directly, but the GM advised they could not help with a cancellation. There was no apology for the lack of care for fulfilling my order, and I was not provided any information to the owner of this location as I requested. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

These ppl that work here are rude and treat the DoorDashers Uber eats and customers like garbage. There was a dasher in there that told the young lady taking order she was there for a pick. They laughed at her and said she could keep waiting while making everyone else’s order. Even the male which I’m assuming is the manager. Which I’m sure dashers don’t make much she left crying without the order. I was there going to bless the workers . Needless to say I didn’t. I tried to find the dasher girl but she was gone. U never know what someone is going through especially with the holidays . She was probably dashing for extra money. They didn’t have to treat her the way they did.

Parking cars with no exception, and holding cars at speaker so only taking one or two cars in lane at a time. Have had to go inside on multiple occasions after being forgotten about outside. 2-3 time a week bfast customer. Cashiers seem to have hustle, however kitchen help just does not care.

They’ll tell you to back up behind the pole in the drive thru while they make you wait so they can miraculously ruin your order. Double cheeseburgers have two patties, not one.
