I wish I could give this place 0 stars. When I pulled up at 8 in the morning they informed me they ran out of coffee and that the food truck wasn’t there. I ordered my food and received cold hash-browns. Breakfast is the important meal of the day how could you mess that up? And would you eat the cold mess you serving customers? I tried to get the employees attention at the drive through window for about 5 minutes and no answer which forced me to go inside to remake them. All she did was refry the same hash browns I complained about. Its no wonder why this place has 3 stars. I will NEVER be back.

Waited 10 minutes for a door dash delivery. I am the only person in here. They did not begin to make the onion rings for the order until I hounded them 3 times to begin making the meal. Slowest Burger King I have ever been to.
The only positive is the clean bathrooms.
It’s been 20 minutes and still no food.
Edit: 26 minutes later, and they finally finished the food. They are back there congratulating one another on getting the customers out the door. I’m not even making this up.
Edit again: I came back on January 16th. 2026. Kamair was the man! Excellent customer service. You can tell the guy genuinely cares. By far the best employee I’ve interacted with here.

Waited 21 minutes for ONE junior whopper burger. One other person ahead of me inside. She had been waiting longer. The crew of 7 were loud, yelling at each other, and never said one word to the other customer or to me about our order taking exceptionally long. No apologies. I won’t go back and I think their burgers are much better than McDonalds but they flunk customer service.

This was the slowest BK I have been to. I assume they were short-handed. I waited in line, then was put on hold when I got intercom, then had to pull over to park. When I thought she was coming to give my order, she was coming to take my order again!! I placed my original order on the app. The cashier and the girl bringing food out was very nice. The intercom needs to be updated. It looks really old and doesn’t show your order. The Whopper bread was hard. I didn’t enjoy it, plus i asked for no onions, and they put mad onions on it. I will avoid this location.

I would give them zero stars but that’s not an option. I waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes just for my order to be wrong. I was very specific as to what I wanted on my sandwich and they got it wrong after 10 minutes of waiting at the window. Never coming back.

Will be not go back to this establishment two employees fussing and cursing, orders not going out. No respect for customers 12/26 25 @ 1:30 pm ticket # 35 if I would have kept my ticket I would have call a district manager. I hope someone who works there see this message. Totally unacceptable but customer service sucks in a lot of businesses. I would fire everyone who was working today at that time.No one said that’s enough we got customers.If I could give a half star I would. . Went inside on a Monday night and they practically forgot about me. I had to get up and go to the counter and just stand there to make my presence felt. THEN they gave me my nuggets and fries. The fries were hot, but my nuggets were barely edible.

Went through driverthru experience was awful. Person on window was rude and then when told to come to window (she had a hoodie over her head with head set over head phones no wonder you can’t hear. Take the hood off! ) and repeated my order four times was NOT given a receipt even when asked said no paper. Got home instead of a bacon king combo was given a bacon double cheese burger. Service was rude and will NOT be back to that location. Also no one can answer the phone nor is their a voicemail box to be left. DO BETTER

There were 2 hairs in my burger. I also ordered hot off the grill, and there was no way it was hot off the grill. If it was, it was reheated. It was so dry. I ordered a combo, that cost me $12.29 and Burger King only refunded me $4.09. That means a small fry and small soda are $4.10 each?! That’s wild because if I buy a small fry by itself, the cost is $2.88 and a small soda is $2.56. So Burger King made $2.76 from me for a whopper with hair in it.
