The staff taking the order was very friendly. I ordered the bikini bottom box, the store was out of the desert. They offered me a different item instead and I was not excited about the item but I accepted it anyway. The cini minis were cold. I at least expected them to be warm. Once I got to my sandwich, it was disgusting. The condiments were overwhelming. It seemed as if the kitchen staff purposely put an excessive amount of ketchup and mayo on the sandwich. It was very sloppy. I had to wipe it off with a few napkins. After this I couldn’t really enjoy the rest of the box. I tried to call to speak with staff but none of the numbers work.

Our fault for not double checking the bag before pulling off but as usual, order was wrong. Ordered 2 onion rings with zesty sauce and got 2 fries. Sandwiches were not fresh, texture was almost like reheated in microwave. Person at the window seemed to be having a bad day, attitude was awful! I hate if they are going through something personal, but when we are on our jobs, sometimes we just have to do our best not to take it out on our customers / job.

I usually wouldn’t write a review, but I feel as if I needed to! I have been to this BK 4 times now and every time the food has been spot on. I am used to other fast-food Chains messing up our order just about every time. Not this BK! Great service and great food.

Unfortunately, this location on Jimmy Lee Smith is trash… ordered a biscuit, got a croissant this morning. I’ve also paid extra for bacon on a whopper, no bacon on my burger. Ask for barbecue sauce, they don’t have it… good luck getting your order right at this location & no chocolate chip cookies.

Awesome experience this morning. I was in need of some quick breakfast, and BK hit the spot. Frozen drinks and ice cream were ready during breakfast time, so that indicates an excellent manager is on top of things.

I stopped coming here for awhile because this bk SUCKS. They never have things you order. One time I paid extra for jalapeños and I get home and none were on there so I drove all the way back just for the guy to tell me they dont have them. So he proceeds to argue with me instead of saying “yes we shouldve told you before you pulled off”. Stopped going for almost 6 months. Just ordered jalapeno bites….sat in line…get to the window they said they dont have them and I would need to get a refund through the app– no sorry no nothing. The young black girl mustve been anticipating a confrontation and closed the window in my face. Good customer service wouldve been we’re sorry. Can I get you anything else?THEN if I said no, refer me to the app

WTH!!! I ran to grab quick lunch via drive-thru during my break. I didn’t check my bag because I was in a rush to return to work. I get to my desk and ready to eat and pull this out of the bag… did someone’s nasty finger or thumb go through my sandwich??? And they served it away?? Oh naw…I’m good! Refund please! Calling the Manager NOW!!

I ordered three meals and they messed all three meals up! I tried calling but to no surprise, no answer. Today, I stopped by on my way home from work (I work in Atlanta) & I politely asked for a manager. A man comes up and I explain how hard my chicken sandwiches were and to the point I couldn’t even bite into it and they messed my bacon cheeseburger up. Mid sentence, he walks away. He then comes back after a few minutes and says it’s nothing he can do without a receipt and food. The receipt is in the trash along with that food! Why would I hold on to food for 24hrs especially when I don’t pass by BK until I leave my job?! I guess my video of the messed up and stale food wasn’t enough and I needed to keep the food in my car until I left work. That’s disgusting! I need corporate’s email and phone number. This is horrible!
