this is my 4th time dashing and you help all the black folks with their orders immediately when they come in
I don’t jump to conclusions and I tried my best to just say you were busy but tonight was dead slow and not a single customer was inside but me.
this is the 4th time you looked at me at the counter and went back to your conversation without helping me
and to young dude hiding behind the other side of the shelf talking about my jacket …keep hiding
no heart or to say it to my face
respectfully I’m humble and work hard and worked in the ff industry but this jacket cost more than you make in 2 weeks sir 😉
Seek help and find a job where you don’t have to deal with people if you’re so prejudiced (:

This was the absolute last time I waste my money here. I could have gone to any restaurant in Douglasville, but my kids wanted Burger King — so I stopped here on 10/26/25 Tuesday night at 640pm..I belive the manager (Bel8nda) said his name was Harmelio. No worries I’m uploading his photo!
The person who answered the drive-thru speaker was extremely rude and impatient. When he got smart with me, I decided to drive off. However, what really upset me was that he laughed at me as I was leaving. That level of disrespect is completely unacceptable.
I came inside to ask for the regional manager (Mary) and store manager (Mariah) information because behavior like this should never be ignored. If we don’t start demanding better treatment from each other, nothing will ever change. In fact the young man was still laughing when I came inside and had the nerve to say take a picture. And I did!

i came in here and i heard one of the workers speaking poorly of a customer. you shouldn’t judge anyone by the color of their skin or how they look. i used to go here with my family but man is it going downhill. it’s called customer service and truly cost us nothing to be nice.

I usually have nothing but great experiences at this location. Food is almost always on point, hot and fresh. The team is friendly and attentive. However, today I witnessed a young man, who seemed to be new, getting chastised and reprimanded in front of customers. Working in a retail/customer driven company, I understand needing to guide and direct new hires. But I also know management should NEVER correct or chastise subordinates in front of customers ever. That young man deserves an apology. You could see the embarrassment on his face. Those managers should be reprimanded for their actions and behavior.

I purchased the gravy biscuit and the 5 piece French toast stick meal. The gravy was just like water and taste terrible. The French toast sticks were hard as a rock. I did this thru the drive thru window. I throwed it all away and had to go somewhere else and get something to eat.

Last year in May I visited this store location and used the restroom. Due to a bad leak in the restroom and water on the floor I slipped and fell and fractured my ankle and have a partially torn liganent. Of course, despite the fact that I have documentation Burger King has refused my claim. Absolutely ridiculous in what I have had to deal with from obtaining the information I needed to actually file a claim to their response to my claim.

I usually would choose this Burger King over any other. But today I was very disappointed ❗️Had to pull up and wait on my food and my whooper had mayonnaise packed on so much to the point I couldn’t even eat it, very sloppily made not to mention the tomato were so soggy and they were the end pieces. Fries were not not fully cooked waste of money.

I desired a return of my funds after my daughter recognized a piece of paper in her sandwich. The “quality” of our meals had already been in question prior to this and I was needed back at the office. It is poor service when you engage in battle with a customer rather than respond promptly to their request.
