If I could give zero stars I would. Had to repeat myself 4 times while ordering, sat in “line” with only one car in front of me for literally 10 minutes, they didn’t give me the chicken wrap I ordered at all, dumped my fries upside down in the bag, and the “Coke” I ordered was basically sparkling water with brown dye.

I visited Burger King expecting a quick meal but was disappointed by a 20-minute wait for my order. The staff seemed disorganized, and the long wait resulted in a lukewarm, unappetizing meal. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no desire to return to Burger King in the future.

Pretty sure my whopper had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The patty was dry and crusty. The lettuce was hot and soggy, mushy hot tomatoes and the single onion strand was limp and hot. The entire burger was flat and smashed.

3+ occasions I’ve been told to come in and they wouldn’t take the order through the drive thru. This last time they took someones order in the drive thru and then told me to come in. That is a constant on top of screwing the order up half the time. Avoid and use the BK an exit up or an exit down from this one.

Please retrain, fire, or get rid of the whole crew at this location. How do you NOT know what an Impossible Burger is even if you work there? How do you NOT know how to substitute the Impossible Burger for a regular patty on a family meal? Get it together!! Hope this review reaches the corporate level so something can be done. The manager there should NOT be working with the public. PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!!

on thursday 9-1-2-2022 at approximately 830 am i went through the driver thru. Once i go to the window the girl at the counter was very rude. I gave her my card o pay and asked for a receipt she told me the printer was down. I asked if one could be printed at another register and she just huffed at me. I asked to speak to the manager who was at another register in the store, she looked at me and walked away. I waited for a few minutes in hope that i could get my receipt, when i heard a voice say why is that guy still at the window, and the girl that served me said he is still waiting on his receipt, then the manager walked out where i could see her and said “are you serious” i replied yes i am serious its for my business expense. then the girl at the window rudely said the printer dont work its m=not my fault get out of here and leave, then shut the window on me. If this is how you do business and treat your customers you wont be in business very long.

$18.++ for 2 whoppers and2 small fries. One burger was cold the second was warm, char broiled with emphasis on the char. I remember when a whopper was a whopper not a small burger. Shame,shame, shame to Burger King. Ooh! The fries were good and gets the star.
