I ordered my burger king food at 3:58 pm to be ready at 420 pm . I arrive at 430 and they want me to wait in long line. I order so I can pick it up on way to work. I DON’T WANT TO BE LATE. I’LL never use this store again it’s trash

I was in the lobby eating lunch when a group of 3 African American women came in and started yelling and cursing at one of the employees in the front who was so sweet and held good conversation with us when we first walked in. The situation got very loud and out of control, and it completely ruined our meal. I ended up having to take my food to the car because it was so upsetting and chaotic.
It was honestly very disappointing and made me feel unsafe bringing my child there.
I understand the staff can’t always control who comes in, but I hope management takes steps to ensure the restaurant stays a safe and family-friendly place to dine in the future so families can enjoy their meals in peace.

It sounds odd but it’s true. An excellent BK I’m a gas station. I’m not sure how they managed it, but this BK is quite good. Great service from Krystal.

Well first of all I went there yesterday and I sat in line to order for fifteen minutes after placing my order and drove up to the window,the guy told me to wait a minute.I sat at the window for twenty five minutes, while I was waiting at the window while he was running around to cars in the parking lot to deliver their order,meanwhile I’m still waiting. When he finally got back in the store he told me I would have to wait five more minutes for my chicken nuggets. I was not a happy camper.This is not the only time this has happened.I go through this situation every time. You can forget about Burger King being a fast food restaurant..I will not be going there again.I am fed up!!!!!!

My food was hot & fresh. My complicated order (lots of add ons/changes lol) was made perfectly. The service was great, everyone seemed to be in a good mood and friendly. Much better service here compared to the last (different) Burger King location I went to.

Lisa is extremely friendly! Never been greeted when walking into a BK before. This location is very clean and there were paper crowns on each table. Thanks for making this a very positive experience!

When I walked in noone was at the counter to take my order. I ordered and waited for the next two people after I ordered to get thire food and finally got myn after 28 minutes of waiting. Needs better management bad!!

I got sick eating here. I ordered 6 bacon cheeseburgers for me and my work partner at work. Both of us got food poisoning I tried to call to let management know something is wrong but can not get through says phone is disconnected. But both of us ate the same exact thing and both of us are sick with food poisoning.

Went there 2 days ago ordered my usual. 2 rodeo cheese burgers and a original chicken wrap. Got done with the wrap and my stomach started feeling funny. Thought It was nothing. Started eating the rest and the hamburgers were old and nasty. That night I got sick as hell after eating there. Definitely will never be back
