It is ridiculous that almost every time I come to this location, they asked me to pull around to the other side of the store to wait on my order. It’s a waste of my time and theirs. Tonight I had to write a review because there was literally no one in line the entire time I was waiting on the other side of the store. The employees here are also never going to win a superlative for “most friendly”. The team that was here tonight needs some lessons in etiquette and courtesy, and a smile would not hurt.

I ordered 4 whopper meals, kids meal and cheesy tots.
Wasn’t busy, no one ahead of me or after me.
I was missing a toy in the kids meal, which my kids wanted and was missing cheesy tots.
Only 2 employees there when I arrived, one taking orders through drive thru and one making the burgers.
I had to go back twice to get rest of my order and waited inside to get the lady attention to get the toy and missing tots. Addition to, the inside of cheesy tots was empty ans not warm/hot.
She was very calm and handling all the orders, by herself.
But still wished I didnt have to go back for my missing item.
Plus, food was not warm.

Open from 6am – midnight. Dined in for breakfast before catching the Gwinnett transit for work. Nice staff. Quick service. Affordable prices. Will always love Burger King.

The impossible burger was very tasty. It wasn’t greasy or heavy. Bread was nicely toasted and when you got to the bite of the sandwich with the lettuce, pickles, onions and the sauce it gave a nice burst of flavor fulfillment. Location has a couple entry points, which makes it easy to get in and out during busy times. The customer service was average at the drive through box. It was better at the window. Greeted with a smile and a pleasant goodbye.

I went there on 24 Janaury 2022 and it was horrible. No drive through. So I went inside to place my order and it was evident that there is no manager or supervisor at this place. A bunch of guys with horrible customer service skills, no uniforms, pants below the waist just disgusting. There was only one young man working the one dispatching the food he was cordial and professional. Got home with the sandwich an it was disgusting you could tell it was something made on the rush. The restaurant was dirty, the soda machine was dirty, so I didn’t even get the drinks. I regreat going there to eat. Corporate need to take a look at this facility. If there was a -5 stars that’s what I would grade this place.

The worst Burger King experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 meals and asked if I could split payments, like use two cards. They said no, that it has to all be on one card. I have NEVER been to a place that can’t split payments.
We got past that and the soda machine was filthy. I didn’t even want to stick my cup inside. Only 20% of the sodas worked. The tables and seats were disgusting and covered in food.
I then received my meal and asked for sauce. The guy looked at me and asked if I ordered onion rings, I didnt. I told him no and he told me I have to pay 30¢ per sauce. Even after ordering two full combo meals and paying over $25 for it.
I HIGHLY don’t recommend to come here.
