I will never eat here again. I usually come here all the time but I go through the drive-thru. I went inside today to eat and while I was sitting down eating…a cockroach was crawling right beside my table. I feel like if there’s cockroaches in the dining room there’s definitely cockroaches in the kitchen. Needless to say I won’t be eating there again. I didn’t want to make a scene so I politely left and I threw my food in the trash

Driving from Iowa I Went to this address164 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW, Marietta, GA 30066 on 9/26/2023 at 11:20pm & they were to close at 12:00 At the drive through I was told they were only serving doordash customers or I can order online. Thank God for McDonald’s who were ready to serve people like me who are on transit.

Worst Customer service. They never care about the customers. I had so many bitter experiences here. They are always very rude to the customers. Whenever, I am asking for impossible whopper (No meat), they are always giving the whopper (meat) Sandwich. Are they thinking that the customers are dumb!!??. Run away. Don’t visit this branch. Do not go here. Consistently horrible service at night. Turn off shake machine, haphazardly make food, and serve cold food. Coke never tastes like Coke, tastes like every drink mixed together plus mold. Also they have literally stolen my debit card before and when I came back to get it acted like I was crazy. I immediately cancelled the card and later got a notification of an attempted purchase in Kansas for more than $700. Do not go here.

Like I said when the guy is working here !! Everything is great his customer service is top tire very friendly and respectful. My food is FRESH !!! The manager with the blonde and black hair needs to be fired, who puts food back in the microwave after the customer complain about it not being fresh and hot ?!!!

I just got some food from here just now and I only go here because it’s close to my house. when I order I always ask for fresh fries like I did today and I ask for fresh nuggets. Mind u I live 3 mins from my house. I go home to eat my nuggets and fries and it was not fresh wasnt even warm. I even ask the lady at the window if it was fresh she said yes. So if I’m spending 30+ on some food I WANT WHAT I ASK FOR. This is the 2nd time this has happen. So instead of calling I’m just going to leave this review for all the see.
