I made a mistake and ordered a coke instead of lemonade last night, but I think his name was James he helped me to get the drink I wanted and was extremely kind and professional. This location is really kind and my food is made fresh every time I’ve been here. I know they’re working hard, so still receiving kindness and great service is greatly appreciated by me.

Dine in horrible experience nightmare. Manager Ashia S. from August 26, 2025 is one of the most rude, unethical, managers I’ve ever encountered. Threatening paying customers who are nice and kind to her. Today around 2:30 pm EST. she threatened my younger brother who lives in the community, a youth advocate, and fitness trainer who has been patronizing this location for over one year with no problem. This lady who obviously hates her job, and has a nasty attitude toward darker hued people, went on a rant about an order. This female isn’t even compliant with her hair and long nails, no gloves and no hair net. She even had the audacity to lie to on someone else, an another darker hued person, middle aged, to have them removed for no reason? She chose the right person to be hateful to today. I have never encountered such hateful and rude so called “manager” or “Supervisor” at a Burger King. Burger King managers are usually chill and have no problem correcting your order. She needs to be removed from this store. She has bad customer service skills, exhibits abuse of power, and the lunch hour food is not up to par. I need the regional store owners number, the franchisee number to file a formal complaint; we have three other complaints from customers. Please comment if you have encountered a problem here. I am perturbed.

When they do decide to continue fulfilling orders until close, my food is always great. But why extend the hours until 1 if you’re still gonna reject orders 30-45 minutes before close? Might as well stayed open until midnight. I try going to this one because I have a job that gets me off late, so I was excited to see they extended their hours, only to be turned away at drive thru and have my DoorDash order rejected. Extremely disappointing.

It’s a great location, but they seem to be out of stuff frequently. Pulled up, wanted a Brisket Whopper (haven’t had one, gave it a shot) they were out of brisket. Cool. Regular whopper and a large fry. Bingo. Handed over my card, pulled up thinking they needed more time to make it all fresh. Got home only to find my fries were reheated old fries. STALE. No amount of refrying is going to fix that. So two strikes, two stars. The service was great, but got to get the consistency up. This may be the only meal people get for the day.

We go to this location often, the breakfast sandwiches are usually good especially for the price.

The friendliness of the staff is lackluster to say the least, there is no good morning, often at the drive thru window there is no thank you.

I would understand if there were a line of cars, but the last 4 visits between 6a-7a weekdays I am the only one there. Being greeted with “Go ahead with your order…” does NOT make me want to spend any money.

Two weeks ago coming back home at 6:15 in AM the restaurant was dark, including the street sign. I drove down to the CFA and opted to turn back because of the line at CFA. I got back to the BK drive thru at 6:35. I asked the young lady at the drive thru why their sign didnt light up in the AM, “oh we just haven’t turned it on yet.” I have been back twice since and they still dont turn on their sign in the early AM. ARE THEY TRYING TO APPEAR CLOSED?

If the sausage biscuits weren’t good and their price wasnt so attractive I would go to Waffle House, Martins, CFA, or Carol’s Cafe.

Your team needs to understand that they’re driving away business with the less than friendly demeanor and not appearing open. The food is good for the price point but no one wants to spend money with a grump at the drive thru. Smile damnit, I am spending hard earned money with your business. If they wont try to be more friendly replace them with kiosks and move on.

I order from Burger King all the time however, this specific location had me sitting in a drive-through for over five minutes for a code once I gave them the code. I guess it did not pull up my rewards. They got frustrated. I never received my drink and my points got used without anything in compensation. That’s the whole point of the reward system. Burger King’s and Wendy’s and McDonald’s are closing down all the time is how you treat your customers what makes the difference.

This is the nicest Burger King I’ve gone to since the 1990s. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was perfect, the restaurant was clean and pleasant. Above and beyond any fast food expectations. These folks deserve a raise.

I normally don’t do reviews but I HAD TO. I purposely drive to this Burger King instead of going to the one by my job because this location has always been good to me over the last year. The General manager Asia is SO sweet and the manager misty and the young guy with locs in the front were all very nice and professional as well. This store is always clean from the bathrooms to the dining room AND even parking lot. You guys definitely did it again and made my day. Thank you so much and God Bless you guys. ❤️

Well I never feeling disappointed with any junk food in my life until now. I ordered a Classic BK Royal Crispy, some Nuggets and a perfect onion rings. The first two taste super weird (don’t order never with chicken in BK) I mean no like in a bad of rotten, I refer that the chicken flavor not good for the kind of chicken I suppose, the only food from here with chicken that works perfectly its the Original Chicken sandiwch. Anyway the dine-in was close at 9 pm o’clock so that’s ridiculous when in Google said that they close later, btw they help me to my dinner of today to safe me after a hard night doing deliveries.
