My wife saw the news about the new whopper changes and we decided to give it a try. I had bragged about the whoppers I’ve eaten in the past and my wife had not had the same experience before. We went in to order at the counter and asked if the whoppers were cooked fresh. We were told they would make it fresh for us, so we ordered. We stood up front while our order was prepared and saw no one cook a burger. What we saw was burgers assembled, put in the microwave bun and all, wrapped up, handed over to the gentleman who bagged it and handed it off to us. We asked the gentleman if we could get freshly made whoppers. He said sure. He asked the line cook who said he did make it fresh. NOT true at all. The burgers were not fresh, had skimpy ingredients, no tomatoes and the patties were barely even warm. I assume they left off the tomatoes because we would be able to tell they were microwaved (as if we couldn’t tell already). Overall, a disappointing experience for me and my wife who still hasn’t got to experience what a whopper could be when cooked and assembled properly.

I went this morning to grab breakfast and the customer service that we received was atrocious. The woman at the window had the nastiest attitude that I’ve ever witnessed at a drive thru. We paid for our meal and asked for a cup of water. The lady rudely yelled out that we have to go back around in the drive thru to order a cup of water. Get this, there was NO ONE else in the drive thru line or in the restaurant. She then gets our order wrong and argues with us that she didn’t. Eventually she realized that she forgot our sandwich and hands it to us with NO apology. On top of all that, the biscuit that we ordered weren’t done! I most definitely will email corporate because THIS type of service is unacceptable. I went on March 7th at 6:50 so that the employee (black, older lady) can be identified.

The tarter sauce on my big fish was clear looking. The fries were cold and the bun on my fish was hard. This burger king used to have good food. It is Very poorly managed now. Do yourself a favor. Don’t waste your money. Eat elsewhere.

We stopped by for a late lunch with my nephew. We wanted to go inside to eat, but a sign on the door let us know that they were short staffed and the dining room was closed, drive thru only. I get it but it would have been nice to be able to eat inside. Food was good and drove thru service was fast and and our order was correct.

I came this morning & ordered French toast wasn’t none of them cooked through! They was mushy and i could see the batter! This was completely raw! Shameful! Really pissed me off. I called the store and the manger said she would fix this for me. This was pure awful

Patty the manager who took our order up charged us for everything. She did not listen when we ordered. Yelled at 2 customers. Patty the manger was horrible. Yelling at customers in the dining room. She refused to accept a phone order from one of the customers. It was very uncomfortable having her yell accross the dining room. The address was 1201 Bells Ferry Road. Marietta

Didn’t get all of the food I ordered and paid you for. Then try to call and find out you turned your phone off or changed the number. Stay at the drive through window people!!! And then double check everything while at the window. This is the only way to hold them accountable as it will mess with their metrics and force them to get better!!

Hello, I’ve been a customer since the early 2000s at this location and they seem to always struggle here with help and consistency. I asked for my Double Whopper with cheese meal, to be “hot”. I usually do this at times, because with these fast food chains, some foods sit. The attendant asked me to pull forward. For what, there was 2 cars in the parking lot and no one behind me. I told her I wasn’t going to pull forward. A 2nd attendant came and asked me again, I stated what difference did it make, she stated it does make a difference and slammed the drive-thru window in my face.
Rude service, and believe it or not, my fries were ice cold with no salt, and my burger was mediocre at best. I asked for mayonnaise and ketchup packs, and got no mayonnaise. “It’s harder to run a slow restaurant, than it is a busy one.”

Ordered online for pickup, they had locked the door 1.5 hrs before close.

This staff here is LIT. Very nice and professional crew; the sandwich board is super fast and attentive, plus the management is on the floor overseeing production with hands-on deck. I will definitely recommend stopping in here.
