Today after working 12 hours, my son went to the Burger King for me at 4734 Lawrenceville Highway in Lilburn, GA. He ordered exactly what I asked him for. An
Impossible Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper Meal with Ketchup, Mustard, Lettuce & Tomato on the Whopper, a large Have-sies (half fries, half onion rings) and a large Strawberry Lemonade with no ice. (due to my extremely sensitive teeth)
What I actually received was a dryish burger with ketchup & mustard, plain fries that weren’t fresh at all (all of the tips were ice cold, hard & the centers were stale which means they were sitting for quite some while) and a drink with loads of ice. He forgot to scan my loyalty code and I can’t enter it now because they also told him that the receipt was in the bag with the ketchup. Neither was in there.
Since I am disabled & haven’t eaten since yesterday, I made the best of it by adding my own vegan cheese, spinach, and straining the ice. However, except for exactly 9 fries, all of them were completely inedible. Even with my adjustments, the meal was not enjoyable at all. I could’ve just gotten a bottled smoothie drink from any grocery store and been better off. Burger King is a normal, convenient go-to when I can’t cook for myself; but this was a TRASH experience and $16 wasted! Now I know where to NEVER stop or ask him to go to ever again! Highly disappointed…

I come here every weekday with the boy that I babysit. This location is the best Burger King in the area. The food is consistently fresh and hot. The fries are never too greasy, which is not something I can say about every burger king. We usually see Zehra or Moh when we go through the drive thru and they are always so friendly! All of the staff here are very polite and make sure we have everything that we need. The inside area is impressively calm and clean for a fast food restaurant. Overall, I am just very pleased and impressed by this burger king location.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming. I literally drive 30 minutes from home just to enjoy the freshness of the food prepared at this location — it’s always hot, fresh, and made to order every single time!

unable to add a zero on the stars, after working at McDonald’s Corporate for 12 years, it’s very difficult for me not to take the time to write a review for this franchise. Last Sunday, February 1st, I went to the drive-thru to place an order for just three meals. From the moment I paid at the window, it took approximately 20 minutes for them to give me my order. When I checked the order, I noticed that the fries had been placed upside down, so all the fries had spilled into the bag with the hamburgers. When I showed this to the man at the window, he told me that this was normal because it happens when they’re in a hurry. I asked to speak to the manager, and he defensively replied that he was the manager. When I asked him for the phone number of the franchise or the corporate office for that Burger King, he said he didn’t have it and that I would have to look it up on Google. This was a truly terrible experience the way customers are treated at this store.

I ordered a Spongebob meal and was unaware that they are out of pie and are not giving the cheesy bacon tots unless they are asked for! I received a regular whopper meal, small fry, and a small coke! They should be telling people when they order that they are out and not getting what they pay for.

Drive thru have us our food in a ripped/busted bag. French fries fell out grabbing the bag from the drive thru window. Attendant not friendly.

One of the best BKs in the area. Clean dining area. Beverage dispenser has the best selection I’ve ever see and is never broken. Friendly staff. Food consistently made (not thrown together sloppily). Convenient location. Reasonable wait times for both drive through and inside counter service.
