Absolutely disgusting. The kid in the drive through just hands over a bag without saying anything. The chicken sandwich was stale and tased like cardboard. Completely inedible. The rodeo burger was nothing more than a warm patty on a bun with minimal sauce and 3 onion rings. No wonder this Burger King is always closed and has irregular hours. Stay away from this place

I just came through the drive through with my son a little after 8pm on Tuesday, Dec 30th, 2025 and ordered 2 double Krabby Whoppers with bacon just the sandwiches. The guy working the drive through told be curtly to pull to the second window. On the sign I only saw a single sandwich for a little over $9. It didn’t change until I pulled forward. I thought there must be a mistake, because I ordered 2 sandwiches, so I backed up to the speaker. The price was now gone. He said he got both sandwiches, so I pulled forward. At the window, he said it was $25 and still sounded irritated. I asked him how much each of the sandwiches was. He looked at me like I was stupid and said “I don’t know.” Then he said it was $3.50 for the extra patty on each of the sandwiches. I know a double Whopper is $8.59. He sounded so petty and disrespectful that I didn’t trust him handling my food, so I drove away. This guy doesn’t need a job that deals with people without extensive training and personality building first.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff member wearing a white wig was unprofessional and displayed poor customer service, coming across as rude and combative. My order was handed to me in a Happy Meal box that was not properly assembled or closed. There also appeared to be confusion behind the counter, as another customer was initially given the wrong order, which was then taken back. Overall, the interaction felt disorganized and lacked basic care and professionalism.

Honestly, I’m pretty happy with this burger King with both shift crews too! Like food smacks all the time and pretty chill employees with nice vibes Mr.Ken took care of me and my partner needs. Get that renovation going !!!! can’t wait to see it !

I didn’t get food. I ordered 2 $2.99 double cheese burgers, the guy at window saidn$9.51. I asked how could that be and he hand me my card back and said he is a manager. Very poor representation of professionalism.

Horrible service, cashier was just straight rude through my missing fries in the bag. Had an attitude. Clearly doesn’t like working in food service. I don’t recommend this location to anyone, I thought they would have had themselves together by now but none of the workers like working there. & to make it worse their health department score isn’t even visible, couldn’t find it anywhere.

I need to report a serious concern about one of your employees at the Lilburn, GA Burger King location. His name is Sal (Salvador Hernandez).
While working, he sneaks vape devices and uses his phone frequently. More concerning, I know him personally, and he has been sending threatening messages to students from his school — even during work hours. This raises major safety concerns for both customers and staff.
I don’t believe it is safe or appropriate for someone making threats like this to continue working in customer service. I wanted to make sure management is fully aware so that this can be addressed quickly.

Well, visited at 10/25/2025, 7.31am. The posted hours was 7am. Employee on the inside looking right at me. But, locked up tight, no service.
I would suggest avoiding this Burger King location. Patronize another location that values their customers.

I ordered a whopper with cheese meal, and got a whopper Junior with NO cheese meal lmao didn’t notice it until i got home and finally had a chance to actually eat my food. Couldn’t reach anyone because the location had already closed. But, the woman who took my order was very nice and pleasant.
