I will never recommend this place to my enemies. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a whopper jr with cheese no onions. They asked me to pull up and wait for my order. I was expecting nice hot and fresh no my burger is sloppy and cold my chicken sandwiches have entirely too much mayo hard old bread just a waste.

This is the Lawrenceville location on Grayson Hwy. The picture Google has was while it was being renovated. The drive thru service was great. We were greeted by a friendly and cheerful voice. The got to meet the happy and smiling face at the window. She offered condiments and confirmed the order. The food was quick, fresh and hot.

Walked into this location on NYE at 12(lunchtime) stood at the front counter for 6 mins before the lady that was packing up to leave acknowledged us. There were 3 ppl all with drive thru headsets on all bundled in the corner and not one of them greeted us or took our order. Due to the lack of service and horrible customer service we decided to leave and went to the Burger King in Grayson where we were treated like we mattered and not ignored. I will never return to this location and will share this experience with others.

I got $70 worth of food. Get home after a long shift at work just to find out 2 whole meals missing!!! And those royal crispy wraps? They cut them in half and put them in different wraps. I got scammed bad. I dont understand why they hire incompetent people . Where are the managers to oversee the work ! Im beyond disgusted with this branch.

Terrible atention I just left without my order because I never got talk,I first went through the drive through and the person in front did not get their order then I got off and went inside to make my order inside there was too people talking and 1 actually working in the kitchen ten minutes passed,no one in line and still they said wait a minute like a billion times. I won’t go back!

Came for breakfast and they’re making me wait 20 mins for my food because they have a big order to finish . Slowest burger king I’ve ever been too . What does a big order have to do with my order of a burrito and hash browns . People either need to be hired or fired .

Terrible service. I paid $11 for a cold burger and luke-warm fries and the manager showed no concern. They didn’t even have regular drinks so my only options were apple juice and orange juice. No explanations. Unbelievable.

My pregnancy craving has been Burger King french toast sticks so I’ve been going to this Burger King and the one in Grayson a lot. Every time I order them I’m given these tiny French toast sticks for half the order. It’d be one thing if they gave extra because some of them were small but they’re not. This was my three-piece French toast sticks which basically was two. Even when I order the five piece instead. It ends up only being a three-piece basically but I’m paying for more. Grayson location has the same issue
