I’ve been to this location twice this week and the staff was great. They all prepare the food with excellence. The only problem I noticed is the ladies restroom was out of service so I was told to use the men’s room and the floors were very slippery. Also they were out of receipt paper so they were not able to give anyone receipts. I hope the corporate office assist the staff with making this location great again.

I had an impromptu dinner with my godmother. I didn’t want to go there but she did. We sat down ate dinner and talked it was a good environment for us. My big fish sandwich was decent no complaints. The female employee with the piercings was very friendly.

Terrible place to eat , super unprofessional. I ordered chicken nuggets and onion rings and they both tasted like they had been sitting for a while , obviously the food wasn’t fresh. Also when I pulled up to window to get my food the lady at the window said for me to reverse my car then then pull back up so the timer doesn’t affect there timing goal , ridiculous and that’s exactly why Chick-fil-A is the best food always fresh and there quality of food is the way all food service should be. Y’all need to shut this place down

Went to get breakfast this morning at 10am. They said they wasn’t making anymore breakfast. They were getting ready for lunch when breakfast doesn’t suppose to end until 10:30am. They had a whole 30mins before breakfast was over. Ask to speak to the manager who was rude she said her name was Keisha. She stated the same thing they wasn’t making anymore breakfast. She also made it a point to let me know that their wasn’t a CORPORATE STORE but instead a FRANCHISE. Basically they don’t have to follow corporate rules and they can run the store how they see fit. If I would have known that their reviews were this low I would have never stop at this store. The own of this store need to do something about this store its going down hill. I cant believe corporate haven’t stepped in yet. The is the look and the action of the WHOLE COMPANY!!!

This is the worst Burger King in Decatur. They’re always out of food, sometimes they won’t even respond when you drive up. It pains me to say this as it’s the closest whopper to my house. I like whoppers. I don’t know, pay people more or whatever. It just sucks waiting in a long line only to pull up and be told there’s no drinks or fries available.

Worst drive-thru ever!!! Very unprofessional!!!! Waited 15 min in line for them to tell me what they’re out of, then came to the window just for me to pull and wait another 5 mins. My fries were disgusting, looks like they had dirty grease or something, but i didn’t trust to eat anymore than what i did. I had ordered a Dbl Texas Whopper and only received one patty on my sandwich. Normally i would go back-up there for them to fix the issue, but it looked like they didn’t care, and I’m not about to argue with hoodrats. Never again!!! Stay away!!
