Can’t say about the food. Sat in the drive thru for 10 min. Finally took the order and NEVER came back to verify the order or anything. Sat there for another 4 minutes and NOTHING! We finally said FORGET IT and drove off. There was another car behind that pulled off before we did.

This Burger King and the Burger King off of hwy 124 in hoschton are very slow. This one specifically had me wait at the white line while being the only car in line at the time. I ordered the mix n match croissant sandwiches. I then proceeded to wait 20 minutes at the line while watching 3 other people receive their orders that were all paid by card.
I finally decided to go inside to get a refund and see my bag of food sitting with other bags of food. The staff told me it was just made and they only had one cook and my order was missed since the cook said he made the order earlier. I proceeded to attempt to get my refund instead but was told it could not be refunded since it was ordered on the app.
During this whole time, no one apologized or tried to make things right. It was just constant deflection to the one cook they had making food. No accountability, respect, or sense of urgency was shown at this Burger King. Deleted the app and won’t be going to a Burger King anytime soon.

I went through drive thru 12-9-25 the young lady was fine but short guy in the sky blue dress suit was rude. If he was sick he shouldn’t have been there. I ordered a total of 24 pieces of chicken and didn’t receive no sauce after being pulled up to wait for 5min. Sad

Came here for Christmas eve and they stop selling burgers i guess they were about to close and couldn’t order nothing but chicken products.I order 8 peice nuggets,spicy chicken meal,orgianl chicken meal.They did not put my nuggets in bag so they pocket that money or ate there self .they are scamming people so check your bags before leaving which i should’ve done as well.never coming back

Burger King rarely disappoints – however, because I like to try new things, using the app I opted for HOT OFF THE BROILER. Wasn’t sure what that meant, now I know. That means NOT FLAME GRILLED. Def prefer flame grilled, that makes all the difference! Flame grilling is what makes the Whopper so delicious!! Broiling makes the whopper taste like any ol’ burger…

Apply the sauce to the only one spot, I guess the cook does not know how to spread out the sauce. Fries were nasty, burgers were overcooked. Least not coming back to this location. Wondering why numerous Burger Kings are closing.

food was very cold wasn’t cooked properly paid $14 for a whole meal and gave us a small piece of chicken on top of that. It look like they ate half of the food while the food was still cold and wasn’t even cooked and stale.
