One star.
I specifically asked for the burgers to be fresh off the grill, but when I received them they were barely warm. The chicken sandwiches were also mushy, which made the overall quality very disappointing.
The onion rings were served cold. I asked for fresh ones so they would at least be hot. The employee took the onion rings I had already touched and dumped them back into the tray of freshly cooked onion rings, stirred them around, and then served me a new order that appeared to be a mix of the cold ones I returned and some hot ones from the batch. That is completely unacceptable from a food safety standpoint.
After leaving, I tried calling the location and no one answered the phone. I also attempted to contact the corporate office and could not get anyone to answer there either.
Very disappointed with both the food quality and the handling of the situation.
Why am I paying you if I have to re-cook the food and fix it once I get home?

I’m TOTALLY disgusted with my order tonight and on top of the messed up order, they gave me someone else’s receipt!! I ordered a Mushroom and Swiss melt and received and burger full of onions and Swiss cheese, no mushrooms and the bread was soggy!! Then I ordered chicken sandwiches light mayo add cheese no lettuce and they only gave half a square of cheese and did not go light on the mayo. I’m pregnant and highly upset my dinner has been ruined!! I called the store twice and received no answer and couldn’t give feedback online due to the wrong receipt being given!! If I was pregnant and needing to rest, I would head straight back over there because this is ridiculous!! And when I have ordered extra cheese on my chicken sandwiches it comes with two slices of cheese folded in half not half of a slice placed on the middle of this long patty!! I will not be returning here!!

I recently went through the Burger King drive-thru, and the customer service was very disappointing. The young woman working the window never greets you, she just says the total and hands over the food. No smile, no “hello,” no “thank you.” They also never give you a receipt unless you specifically ask, which is frustrating. On top of that, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant but was given bacon instead. Honestly, maybe that’s why this location never seems busy whenever I drive by. A simple greeting, accuracy with orders, and basic courtesy like providing receipts could make a huge difference in customer experience.

They charge $0.25 for each sauce, even if you buy chicken fries or chicken nuggets, which they don’t tell you until after you’ve received your food. The chicken fries container has a spot to put the sauce… indicating that it’s meant to be dipped.

The restaurant was clean, customer service was normal, the food was the usual and not many people so the wait was close to 0. For a quick breakfast at a low cost was good. Now the view was not that great. It needs some green around the building. Overall I like it. ………………………………

06/25/2023, 5:21 PM: I deducted Stars because of the restroom, and because I asked for a milkshake and was told that the machine was broken, a common line at restaurants where employees don’t like to clean the machine.

The Maneger was very rude to the employees the food was great everything was great but I think a maneger should be nice to there employee and not be rude like this one a managers job is to make employee feel welcome and safe at work a managers job isnt to yell at there employees like this one she needs to be demoted and get a maneger who actually answer a question correctly and be helpful to the staff

I was denied a whopper at 10am. The lady at the drive thru said they are not offered until 10:30. They literally have a menu called burgers at breakfast for this exact reason. I’ve worked at Burger King multiple times starting when I was 16. This is literally what Burger King is famous for. This store is a joke.
