I went around 1:10 AM last night because I was starving, expecting them to be open and operating since it’s advertised as 24 hours.
I pulled up to the speaker and waited , no one answered. After sitting there for a while, I drove to the window. A brown-skinned guy with twists or locs made direct eye contact with me and still completely ignored me. No greeting, no explanation, nothing. Just stared at me and continued about his business.
If you’re not going to serve customers, especially that late at night, then don’t advertise as 24 hours. It was unprofessional and honestly very frustrating. Do better.

I’m not sure how this locations has more than one star! I waited in line for 23 mins and my food was cold. The only explanation was it was only two of them. Then, I asked for a manager and she asked did I want a refund instead of acknowledging the problem. If I wait this long for food I at least want it to be hot. The manager was rude. I asked her for a higher up and she said she didn’t know. This was beyond me. I will NOT be coming back to this location!

The BEST cashier waited on me this past week. Very refreshing to have fast food with great customer service! I always come to this one because it’s the ONLY one near me that still has the IMPOSSIBLE WHOPPER…so yummy!

Made a quick pickup order on the app to redeem some free rewards. The Manager stated she could not find my order but quickly made the 2 small fries and handed them over to me anyway after confirming I had used the correct address on the app. I also showed her on the app that indeed my order was placed.
She was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in less than 5min. French fries were hot but somehow tasted old 5 stars for her customer service, 2 stars for the food quality. My daughter said ketchup would have made them taste better but they were out of ketchup yikes

Yalia was amazing for me tonight. She’s sweet, attentive, and helpful to her customers made the experience of eating on my travel home a blessing. The rest of the staff did a great job as well. Wonderful food and positive energy. Highly recommend stopping in to anyone in their area.

This place is disgusting. I went in yesterday me and my boyfriend and we ordered over $20 worth of food I watched the guy in the back take his bare hands, rub his mouth and then turn around and touch our food with his bare hands and I said something to one of the employees and he was like you got a put gloves on the customer saw you like it’s OK as long as the customer doesn’t see you also, he ended up putting gloves on and rubbed his face again and I flat refused to let him make my food. I’m trying to get in touch with corporate because this is disgusting y’all better watch out what you’re getting from there

I’ve been coming here for years and always liked it but tonight was different. I don’t know what they did but I’m loving the staff especially. From the start the young lady that took my order at the speaker was so friendly that you could hear her smiling through the box. The food was fresh, everything about this visit was just better and it’s always been good anyways so I definitely recommend.

Kenje was really really REALYYYY nice. Usually I be so pissed off whenever there’s an attitude in the intercom is messes with my head or like just messes with my day or even meal. Sometimes people like kenje makes people be greatful for the interaction. 10/10 customer service. She also had a dude beside her who was also pretty cool I wish I got his name!
