I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches from this location. Lately, I’ve been having consistent issues my orders. Mainly with them not being made fresh. Therefore, I requested at the speaker, for my order to be made fresh, and they agreed. When I pulled up to the window, I was told to pull forward, and they would bring the order out. The manager brought the order out, and I requested that she wait while we checked the order. She immediately started walking away, and I yelled we needed zesty sauce back to her. Next, I see that my chicken sandwiches were put on Whopper buns. Totally ridiculous. Now an associate brings the zesty sauce, and I asked her why my sandwiches were on the wrong buns, and she just shrugs her shoulders. Therefore, I told her that I don’t want the sandwiches, and have them manager come and speak with me. The manager never came to speak with me, nor get the sandwiches. Therefore, I placed a complaint through the app and told them that I want to be refunded for the sandwiches. The agent refused to issue the refund, and I will be placing a dispute with my card. They need to close, and move out of my neighborhood. The audacity of the manager to not communicate the issue, and ask if I would be satisfied with the change. She must have forgotten that I paid for that order. Therefore, CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING!!!

Not only was my food hot and fresh and delicious! After I picked up my order I sat in the parking lot to eat it and my car battery died. I was super fortunate that Curtis was working today and came outside to help me get my car jump started. I appreciate Curtis so much! Fantastic customer service while I was in the Drive-Thru and stuck in the parking lot! I would give 10 Stars if I could!!

Okay, so at this point THIS location needs to shut down and close, PERMANENTLY. I don’t know if this is a corporate owned store or a franchise, but obviously quality control audits in all areas (customer service, food preparation, etc.) are NOT being performed, enforced, or thought about! I have been disappointed and unsatisfied with this location for quite some time, and quit coming as a result. And after tonight, specifically, I will NEVER be back. As I stated, I quit coming here as a result of repeated bad experiences, but having an unexplainable and overwhelming, craving for a late-night Whopper, I went against my better judgment (and common sense) and used the app to place an order. Having PAID for the order and getting the confirmation, I made the 5 minute drive to pick it up, I pull up to the drive thru speaker to be greeted by a rude employee saying, “Thank you for choosing Burger King, but we are not accepting any orders at this time. Have a good night.” I informed the lady that I had placed and paid for an order already using the mobile app, and she informed me that I needed to cancel my order through the app, myself, and there was nothing she could do about it, using the same rude tone of voice she greeted me with seconds ago. I asked if I could pull to the window to speak with a manager, and she declined the request stating “They’re busy right now.” I drove around the building and parked, and staying in my vehicle, tried calling the store’s landline number. This is no, exaggeration, but I let the phone ring for 25 straight minutes and no one answered. Finally, driving back around to the drive thru window, an older gentleman came over to speak with me. He told me they were currently out of buns, and they were experiencing problems with their fry station. I explained that the app/website wasn’t allowing me to cancel my order, to which he advised me to send an email and someone “from support” would contact me within 24-48 hours, and if I explained to that person what he just told me, my money SHOULD be refunded within ANOTHER 24-48 hours. Wait, WHAT?! A hamburger joint running out of HAMBURGER BUNS, and waiting for up to FOUR days for $12 that “SHOULD” (not WOULD) be refunded to my account?! WHAT?!?! So, yeah, this experience was the proverbial straw and not only will I NEVER return to THIS Burger King, I will most likely choose to stay away from Buger King in general, because obviously this is just another billion dollar company that does NOT care about the happiness and satisfaction of its customers, but care ONLY about the almighty dollar! Save yourself the headache, stress, and disappointment of ordering from this establishment, and go across the street to Wendy’s or Papa John’s instead.

These kids they have at the front of the house have some of the worst people skills! They are rude, belligerent and they feel entitled to act the way they do because there are no consequences. Managers I FEEL YOUR PAIN! Managers stop giving these kids positions that they haven’t earned. That young lady badge says Lead!!! If that’s the lead cashier I hate to see what the untitled ones are like. That generation is hopeless!!!!!After encountering the blatant rudeness two completely different places same age range I’m completely over it! Let’s bring back accountability. It was important at one point.

Excellent service at this Burger King. I went to the drive up, they took my order. I then drove up to the window to pay. The staff at the window greeted me with a smile. I was treated with friendly, prompt, professional service. My order was correct, the food was fresh and temperature was appropriate for the items I ordered and received. I would come back to this Burger King again without hesitation.

Went here the other day to grab a quick burger for my daughter. When we pulled up the speaker, they asked us to hold on and we waited for 6 minutes before placing the order. Then, when we finally got to the window, the worker seemed annoyed that I was annoyed AND they messed up our order. We won’t be going back

Every time I come by here to pick up something for my mom they never get it right, the young girls at the window acts like she’s too good to be working there. Every thing I ask for them NOT to do is done. It’s w been right the last few times so I’ll go to Salem rd from now on.

Took my kids for breakfast before school pulled up to the drive through and I could hear the manager ranting through the speaker about how the customer before was upset because they didn’t have coffee. I mean what restaurant runs out of coffee early in the morning anyways?? Then as I was trying to order the manager was yelling she seemed irritated and didn’t even give me my total. When I asked for the manager she became even more irritated and said that she was the manager and her name was Denise. Wow!! Very very unprofessional. She then walked away from the windows amd instructed another employee to collect my payment and finish my order. When I asked for a receipt I was told no because they had no more receipt paper. Just a complete disappointment all the way around. Now I see why they barely get customers at this location. Ms. Denise needs more training on customer service skills. I will never give them my money again.
