I ordered two meals from here. When I got home , me and wife started eating. She was like I have a huge hair sticking out of my burger. I asked her to let me see. I opened the burger up. And it was not a huge hair. It was a huge bug leg hanging out out of the burger. I instantly got sick. I called the store. They told me to bring the food back. I did was no problem I wanted it gone. When she gave me my refund It was half of my money. I was like what’s going on, she told me I didn’t bring the drinks back.she then told me I’ll have to wait for a manager because she couldn’t give me all my money. I told her that was not going to work. This the most messed up part about it. They called the police on me. 2 cars of police came. Call the store talked to a ernist. Told me to call back in 5 minutes. Now they want answer the phone. This is not over something needs to be done about this place.

First, the staff here were so rude and disrespectful. Second, the dining room was disgusting! It looked like a bus full of kids destroyed the place! Trash on multiple tables and all over the floor. Trash cans were overflowing and there were no lids at drink station. Finally, the food was poorly prepared and even undercooked. I will not be returning to this terrible location. The drive thru regularly closes early (20-30min before posted closing time) and they are always rude. Screw these people for real!

Got my order fairly quick. Ordered my sandwich with bacon, was charged extra for the bacon, did not get bacon. The sweet tea came from the same fountain machine that the soft drinks come from, it was terrible. Tasted like dish soap. Will never go there again.

Pulled up to the drive-thru at 9:30 pm and noticed 2 cars pulling away I found out why. They wouldn’t take anyone’s order. I guess the car at the window was the last customer they served even though they close at 11pm.

I WONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, I was at this location today and the lady in the counter told me that they don’t take any walk in/ dine in orders, (poster outside says otherwise) asked me to go through the drive thru, I went through and she didn’t answer, then when I walk to the window she told me she doesn’t take orders by the window i explained that i was trying to order at the drive thru as she told me to, and no one answer me, that’s why I walked to the window, i asked if i needed a car to be service and she said i don’t wanna argue with you( she took the order from a car behind me, wondering if this was a race/ economic status discrimination, since we are proudly latino and walking) after this i left, what type of costumer service is this?? She easy could take the order but choose not to, this is not the first time, in COVID time i tried to get a burger here through the drive thru and they did not service me, Clearly in the window says OPEN FOR DINE IN, there is a poster. I contacted Burger King costumer service through the chat option, let’s hope they answer or i will force to call the general office. DON’T EAT HERE, spend your money where they appreciate your business, not even that , go somewhere where they have a little respect for the costumer or a little more of common sense, unbelievable! Slow, Rude, Stingy. They say you only get one sauce PER ORDER ….not per meal. Order 4 meals …. You get one sauce with that. Or you can pay for more. What kind of logic is that? This is the only location I’ve encountered that does this. And they’re so unreasonable and rude about it.
