Visited on a Saturday recently & was impressed with the cleanliness of the dining area! This weekend crew does a great job! A crew-member was even checking and wiping the beverage area down (it already looked outstanding). One of the cleanest dining areas I’ve seen in months! Enjoyed eating there. 🙂

Very nice and respectful! I had to wait for my food for about 5 mins but the guy made sure I had ketchup, napkins, and sauce and I didn’t have to ask for it.

I asked for a freshly cooked chicken sandwich. She never even told the back of house and they sent the order right out. I said to the man who handed it to me that I had asked for a new one to be cooked. He said ok. Then 10 min later the woman who I had originally asked handed me a bag with the same chicken sandwich in it. I ate it cause I had to be back to work. I told the man before I left to let her know that I knew that was the same old chicken sandwich. He said yes ma’am it was. $10 for lunch at a fast food restaurant and can’t even get a freshly cooked frozen piece if meat. It was the worst chicken sandwich I had ever had. So sad to be treated that way. And for her to lie to me and smile to my face. Never coming back here again.

The worst orginal chicken sandwich I ever tried to eat in my life. Was hard as rock and dry as toast. Asked for no lettuce and they took a old sandwich under the lights scraped off lettuce and rewrap it. I Threw the sandwich out the window. Doubtful any animals would even eat it. Manager was no help. Acted like its normal saying sorry you feel that way. It’s just the facts sir not how I feel.

JUST GOT OFF THW PHONE WITH THE BEECH ISLAND STORE AN SHE BASICALLY CALLED ME A LIAR WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I JUST CAME AND GOT TWO WHOPPERS WITH CHZ AND TWO MED FRIES HER EXACT WORDS WAS I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS GIVE RECIPETS THEN TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT ME TELLING ME MY ORDER WAS NOT WRONG AND BEFORE IT WAS OVER ALL SHE COULD TELL ME WAS TO BRING MY TWO SANDWHICHES BACK AND SHE’D MAKE ME TWO MORE! I do not recommend this location every time I go they never get my order right and they do not know how to act like decent humans with morals or manors!

If I could leave zero stars I would. The burger was piping hot like they microwaved the entire thing so the mayonnaise was watery and warm and all the vegetables on the whopper were soggy. The fries were bland. We spent $18 on 2 meals and trashed them. Will not come back here again. I hate McDonald’s but it would’ve been a better choice.

There isn’t much in Beech Island, SC but a Burger King and McDonald’s but it’s nice having something besides Mcdees for once. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes it may be perfect and then sometimes you may get a burger so cold the cheese isn’t even melted. Today my burger was cold and fries undercooked. Take a shot, may get lucky.
