I stood there in front of multiple workers for over 10 minutes and they didn’t even look at me. It was like I didn’t even exist to them. I couldn’t get any service at all. They had no problem gabbing with their friends and laughing and joking and working on the drive-through but they never took my order and I kept trying to get their attention and I was consistently ignored so I left with no food because there was absolutely no service to anyone that was in the store. A manager needs to retrain these associates to have better customer service and better time management skills.

I had an outstanding experience at Burger King thanks to the incredible team members Adrianna, Perry, and Jada. From the moment I walked in, they made the visit feel genuinely warm and welcoming.
Adrianna greeted me with a big smile and made sure my order was taken quickly and accurately. Perry prepared everything perfectly my meal was fresh, hot, and exactly how I wanted it. Jada completed the experience with her upbeat attitude and made sure I had everything I needed before I left.
It’s rare to see a team work so smoothly together while also giving such great customer service. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. I’ll definitely be returning thanks to the wonderful teamwork of Adrianna, Perry, and Jada!

This is the most under appreciated BK in York County. They offer so much for the youth and their families. Very well decorated with crowns. This is definitely the Burger King of the year in my book from all of the entertainment to decorations for every holiday that’s available (see the added pics of 2023). I can’t wait to see what they do for 2024. Who are the decorators I need to hire them for my holiday decor ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Burger King located at 2430 North Cherry Road is an excellent newly renovated Burger King. I got my food really quickly, and the service by T-erra was quite friendly and welcoming.
The food was hot and freshly made from the fries to the burger – was a great experience!! Always fantastic to have friendly workers serving.
My only complaint was when leaving, the center divider meant as a traffic stop (so I get the need!!) must MUST have a stick or a flag so that a driver can actually see that it is there!!!!! I get into my car and take a right going to the street and that %%** divider smashed my rim badly……. PLEASE PLEASE GET A REFLECTIVE STICK TO MARK THAT THERE IS SOMETHING IN THE DRIVEWAY TO AVOID!!!!!
This Burger King is across from Bojangles in a Wendy’s as well as Northeast Plaza, which features and adventure, air sports. It is next-door to the Midas speedy oil change. Great BK to dine at!!

I haven’t been to Burger King for years, now I remember why. Lady at the window was great, lady passing out the food was superb. Saying the food was horrid would be an understatement. Chicken patty must have been prehistoric, I could only eat 1/3 of it…. Fries were fries……. The 4 “onion rings” were more artificial tasting than i remember. I’ll not darken their door again.

This is the only burger King in our area that I will go to, the others dont hold a candle to this stores food or service. They are always friendly and fairly quick. The food is always fresh and good(for fast food not comparing out of niche). They have decorates their store for Halloween, it is very well done. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

I was there for almost 10 minutes around 1hr and a half before closing. Thats not fast food. They took their time even taking my order. All that and when I got to the window they got my order somewhat wrong. I just asked for a medium double wopper meal and when I got to the window they asked if I got a wopper cut in half. Id say my order was simple, all that and they tried to offer me another drink because they forgot they already gave me one.

Burger King on Cherry Road has been great to work with this football season. Peri, the GM, was gracious to help support the Rock Hill High School JV football team this season by providing burgers for the post-game meal. She was always willing to help and they were always ready for pick up. The store is clean and the burgers were fantastic. Thank you for supporting your local community.

The last 3 times including yesterday have been Great service my 3 kids have been picking this Burger King over Chick-fil-A because the service is better and they don’t leave out any of their food like Chick-fil-A has been doing at Both locations in Rock Hill. Burger King keep it up please ⭐️

22 minute wait for two original chicken sandwiches. Employees standing around, on phones. Unreal. How these locations survive is beyond me. Absolutely terrible.
Ordered extra mayo, extra pickle… on the ONLINE app and it still took that long. Dab of mayo in the very middle of bun. Pickles were ok – 6 total.
Floor was dirty throughout the store. They did have crowns on every table though.
