I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Burger King location on 1650 SC – 160 Fort Mill SC 29708. I presented a coupon that is still valid and does not expire until March of this year, however, the staff told me that it was “not working” and refused to accept it.
No clear explanation was provided, and there was no effort to verify whether the coupon was actually valid. As a customer, I believe promotions that are still valid should be honored and handled professionally.

We saw a worker vaping while he was working right near the hamburger buns. The entire staff is freaking rude. and instead of making our food they stood there all on their phones. We waited and waited, eventually asking for our money back. They were rude about that. I cannot emphasize this enough – stay away from this place. We asked for the general manager’s name and THEY REFUSED to give it to us. That is proof right there that they knew they treated us like absolute garbage.

So just ordered junior whopper. It’s ok fries under cooked and the mushroom melt…well they did not even toast the bread. I mean really. Went yesterday to another burger and it was excellent this one sucked. Never seen such a difference in a fast food place. It was take out. Never again will I go there!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Front counter lady was very rude and had as attitude cause I asked a question about DoorDash orders while I was waiting. She said she’s not gonna argue with me but all I was doing was simply asking a question. Threatened the manager she would leave if he didn’t kick me out then started talking very aggressive towards me. Additionally they don’t wear gloves and touch the food as well which is very unsettling owner definitely needs to look into how the restaurant is run.

Mr “Tokyo jacket” his team really looked after us tonight with our order round 7:50pm. He made the experience feel personal and due to that we promised him and the team a 5 star google rating. Order was correct and burgers excellent!

The absolute best fast food experience the wife and I have had in a very long time. The staff was extremely friendly, and not the fake friendly you get from that Chicken Sandwich place. They were warm and genuine from the time we drove up to the speaker box to the time we got our food. It was like being at a friend’s house. The food was also hot, fresh and good. 10 out of 10, would recommend as long as they keep that team that was working today.

I had an awful experience with delivery. We decided to go in person to make sure our order doesn’t get screwed up. And this was on a JUST LEFT CHURCH. I’M STARVING. BREAKING DIET kind of mood. I love the impossible burger but this one was still cold not cooked enough. Mediocre service.

I’m so disgusted at myself for giving this dump a chance. I was desperate and options run low in this area after 10pm. Just needed some quick and edible. Of course BK did neither of those things. Twenty plus minute wait with two cars in front of me. Ordered a Bacon Swiss chicken sandwich and the chicken patty was as hard as a BRICK! Even the mozzarella sticks I got taste cold and stale. I would have been better off lighting the fifteen bucks I spent on fire. Please pay whatever it takes to hire a quality, closing staff. This was not my first bad experience at this location but it will definitely my last.
