How is it I ordered the new bbq bacon and cheese chicken sandwich with extra bbq extra mayo and they give me a tiny drizzle of bbq, NO CHEESE, and a mayo packet on the side? I even walked in the store to order, they didn’t have 70% of the sodas on the machine, and didn’t even give me a receipt so I can give feedback about this specific experience. If I had time to drive back I would, but we were the only people in there. I wish I opened the sandwich inside the store instead of just checking for the amount of items and assuming they would be made properly. I love burger king but this is just lazy.

This was the worst food experience I ever had. All 3 Whoppers and 3 cheeseburgers were cold. One of the Whoppers was made wrong. One of the 3 fries was cold. We could hardly get ice for our drinks.
This experience has made up my mind about certain Fast Food chains. There will be no more paying money for bad food.

Mismanagement and/or bad employees. This place has gotten worst. Very long drive thru lines at the speaker. They are intentionally not taking orders in advance. There are not cars backed up from drive thru window to speaker. They used tactics to move customers ahead of drive thru windows to wait on food so system doesn’t detect they are being very slow. They do slow orders because it deters ppl from coming to this place so they can have an easy lazy work load.

Best burger king I’ve ever had. Super fast service, clean inside. The burger was so juicy and fresh and fries were fresh but not scalding hot. It was so good I came back the next day and had exactly the same experience.

This Burger King is a 10/10 the front staff are always nice and always have hot food and fries. My favourite worker there is Caeli she is very friendly and nice to me and my wife every time we come through the drive thru. It’s very rare to find that great of customer service these days.

Very first time at this location I hve been to several Burger King to get French toast sticks they never have looked like this they are super burnt! Crunchier than ever ! For one I hve a job orientation to be to for two when I mentioned the manager and the employee looking stupid for three poor customer service these days I would of said mam I apologize and I understand I would of never ate any thing or served anything like that instead they all looking stupid like I’m wrong
