Some of the most nicest people I have ever met working in fast food. Food is prepared with care. Fries are hot, food is neatly done and tomatoes perfectly placed on my original chicken sandwich. How do you find that at a Burger King? Haha Well, I found one here in Seneca, South Carolina. People at the window actually have conversations with you and they remember that you would like to have mustard when you asked for it at the window. Amazing .. being served that way. Thank you for making my lunch a little brighter.

Alright so I had dinner deliverd for my bf well.. he wasnt notified basicly he walks outside sees this bag on porch.. its midnight or a lil after by this time, the pics I was sent of the food wasn’t very tasteful I must say.. fries were to be med not even filled & cold 2 chicken sandwiches with brown lettuce & mayo which isn’t very appealing to an appetite at this hr.. sandwiches were actually still lil warm i might add.. I want to add these pics of food just to be clear would u like to eat brown soggy lettuce and cold fries that aren’t even filled correctly?

everyone that works here other than billy are very rude and unprofessional workers. they were rushing me and cut me off when i was trying to order. they didn’t listen, therefore rang up my stuff wrong even tho i corrected them twice, once at the speaker and once at the first window and they still got it wrong. and when corrected THEY got mad at ME and shoved the bag at me with only fries in it when i ordered a meal. i ended up getting my burger but they didn’t even give me my drink. well too bad if i wanted it bc they had slammed the window in my face and walked away so i just got up out of there. very rude. if you don’t wanna work customer service then don’t.

Honestly wish I could leave zero stars but it won’t let me! I’ve heard enough news on this burger king, hope you know you’re famous- and not in a good way. After reading reviews from 1-3 months ago, it is clear the staff here is not good, except for the one lady who was recently fired. Read one review that stated staff was arguing or messing around behind the counter- very unprofessional. But hey, let’s get rid of the lady who was the only one who showed up to her shift, called to try and let management know no one showed up- no one responded, so she worked like any other normal day, mind you a 12 hour shift ALONE, and not one complaint did she have. But let’s keep all the staff that didn’t show up that day ! I hope this burger king receives no business moving forward, until proper action is taken and this lady receives her job AND a raise! The BBB will also most likely be contacted on this situation, from multiple people as this issue has gone wide spread online, so whosever name is on that door better act fast! JUSTICE FOR THIS HARD WORKER!

I love burger king! They always have good food, and the service is honestly pretty good for a fast food place. With that being said, tonight I’ve had the worst experience with this restaurant.
I ordered food on their app at 11:30, and I arrived at 11:45 to find that they were closed…15 MIN EARLY! I was given no notice that my food wasn’t being made or that they were randomly deciding to close early, let alone I ordered the food with enough time for them to at least make it.
I’ve worked in restaurants before so I completely get it, but like I said, you could at least make my food and then close up early. I was only refunded my order amount, but I was given the reward points back at least.
Albeit, I wasn’t compensated for the gas, time, and went home with no food being that there are limited options this time of night. I am completely disappointed. I’ve usually had great experiences with them, but this experience feels like the beginning of something different.
No one should go home hungry because a restaurant decided that they weren’t going to do their jobs anymore, and now have to wait multiple business days to get that money back.
