Opening late and closing early are y’all actually serious? Okay so, last night I wanted to order dinner on door dash, so I did. The order WAS CONFIRMED. The doordash app said it was open and that a dasher was ready to pick up my order. But nope. The store now said it was closed and my order was cancelled. Okay, fine. I’ll just try to get some food in the morning. The store opens at 6:30am. I open the app at EIGHT PM!! and order my food. It’s been open for almost 2 hours and I’m ready to order breakfast. I now have my food ordered. The store says open. I see a Dasher arriving and the app SAYS my meal is ready and the dasher is on their way….. My order get cancelled…..right, square one. I’ll wait one more time. A Dasher arrives, “your food is ready to be picked u-” OH AND ITS CANCELLED. What? Why? I call “are you guys open?” “We don’t open til 9am today…… Okay then how about change that on doordash?? I absolutely do not blame the worker who answered the phone. I blame whoever is in charge of not paying attention to the incoming delivery orders. I get it, hours change and you want/ have to close and open and certain times. But please, if you’re running a business, make those changes so paying customers don’t go through so much trouble. Doordash doesn’t refund your money right away. It takes hours to days and in today’s world it’s hard to financially keep up.

Food was cold and they charged my wife full price for water. They said it was the price of the cup. They did however refund that. The manager was nice when she did. So no complaints with the manager. But the food was not good. I give three stars for service because like I said the manager was nice.

So it’s been a while since I have been able to leave a good review for this restaurant but the past couple times I have been there they have done an outstanding job! Today I placed an online order and not only was it ready when I arrived but it was fresh. This is the thing that got this review written: someone took the time to cut out the bad part of the tomato (the middle). So kudos Burger King! You have made me feel like I do indeed rule!!

I was having a very bad day until I entered this Burger King. I was expecting to have a bad experience like normally when I come to this Burger King but it was the complete opposite! This was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time, I was greeted with smiles and “welcome to Burger King you rule” as soon as I entered. Not only was the customer service top tier the food was hot, fast, presentable and delicious! I will definitely be returning. I went from having a terrible day to having a great day all thanks to the management and staff of this Burger King! They truly made me feel like royalty!

2nd time I had to request for a manager due to staff inability to maintain professional and sensible request. Retraining or replacement if staff to sun it all up. From cross contamination to inexperienced 3 times in one year and the exact experience each time with patronizing this location. The manager on duty was superb it’s clearly the staff. She has her hands full for sure . And this was not a drive thru experience each time due to a large order and yet items were still left out and I had to give them the bag after being confrontational when asked about the left out items. Too many chiefs !!! Dining in may have been better the inside was very presentable.

The worst burger king around. Been here over 100 times in 10 years. I have the experience. I give them a chance everytime , and most the time im let down. Whats funny is theres no corporate number to call , its out of service , if you call the Carrol Group that owns the franchise , none of the extensions work …what kind of business is this ? Give me a good explanation of why noone has accountability here ? Im about to blow burger king a new one
