8/23. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. Cook was very unprofessional. He was unhappy that we ordered food just before close. Voiced this out loud knowing we could hear.
Then we were served old stale food. My mozzarella sticks were simply dropped back in the fryer. So not only were they old and stale but over cooked to the point all the cheese was gone and broken into pieces

The food was hot and amazing! Ordered a whopper meal and also those loaded cheddar tots… yum! Reason for 4 star is because my drink seemed lacking on the carbonation or syrup… something was off. Drink machines need to be serviced. But other than that my experience thru the drive thru was good.

The only way I could post this review is by giving one star. Do yourself a favor and don’t eat here!! I’m surprised they’re still in business. I literally squeezed the grease out of my chicken sandwich, and it had to be remade before said squeezing took place. Not good. My cats refused to eat it. THAT’S bad

I finally just finally in 5 yrs, i finally got a really good sandwich, i believe it was the baon king combo or the number 2, onion rjngs instead if fries. The first lady who started my order sounded mad as all get out that we were there, but i saw the store manager lady working hard and pacifying customers, she was a professional. No diaper changing space or counter to use for baby in restroom. Stopped here to grab a bite and clean up baby while passing through on our travels. Thought choosing a chain like BK would let us “have it our way” and meet our child’s needs. Instead resigned to the back seat of the car floor. Another family stopping as well for same use and had to break it to them as well no changing space. They were also disappointed.

Okay… so when you consider overall reviews, jus know that the higher stars are mostly from years back. Today was my last day there. My wife quit eating there a year ago, but I wanted to believe they have just been having a moment and would course correct…. they have not. Customer service is almost non-existent. I feel compassion for the workers. My hunch is, they have never been properly trained. None of them, including the people who do the training. Just a hunch. I finally wrote corporate today. I have only filed a corporate complaint one other time in 62 years, so it’s not like it is something I regularly do. The owner needs corporate accountability. The person who oversees that person needs corporate accountability. The employees need corporate…as in not from anyone associated with that BK… training. And finally, the bathroom, well, reminds me of bathrooms from the 60s that have condom vending machines in them. They need to be totally gutted, acid washed and rebuilt. If the bathrooms are that bad that I can see, and smell, then I have to wonder what the kitchen cleanliness is like that I can’t see. Everyone could win (The person who owns it, the manager, the employees, the customers and Burger King’s reputation) if someone at corporate would just step in and give these people some help and training. I really hope they will do that. Until that happens, I will not be going back.
