The overall quality of fast food chain menu items in general have hit rock bottom, with the usual pass the buck price increases still holds firm though,–especially in a national atmosphere of on-purpose food scarcity and an overall decrease in fewer lower quality choices of goods even being available to us– well, I really wasn’t expecting much. I might as well ate the greasy bag and wrappers, probably more nutritious, same flavor.

OK so me and my hubby luv bk its our go to on cheat eat day!!! But, over the past few months it has let us down at various locations. We live closest to iva bk and had literally stopped going to that one it got so bad. Well no more we went today it was fantastic food was fresh and Landon and his team mates were amazing they worked as a team communicating and making it a very pleasant experience. All working and running it the way a bk should be run. Oh and clean I honestly thought they had remodeled it was so clean. Truly impressed go bk night shift. Management should be proud.

Burger King once was one of the kids’ favorite places to eat. Not so much anymore. Within the last year, the quality has depreciated a lot. They aren’t open the hours posted. The staff seems angry. The food quality isn’t great. They are out of a lot of menu items often. I’m hoping they can regain footing and become a better establishment as it once was years ago.

Terrible food as always. Not much of a choice in this Mayberry town. Got the whopper jr. and the patty was a little larger than a half dollar. They put 2 pieces of lettuce on it, both about an inch wide. Just close this place down at this point. Iva can do better…. probably not nvm

I went through the drive-through at 7:30 at night absolutely no one inside the store or in the drive-through. A lady came across the intercom and told me to hold for a few minutes. I waited and waited. Until I noticed employees coming out of the back with his hands in his pants. I spoke up and said to the lady Could I just get a drink. She Told me very rude like that she was the manager and that she was busy bagging other orders and getting other customers foods out. I would have understood and waited and been patient had there been a customer in the store or in the drive-through but there was not. I will never go here again they obviously have poor management and nasty employees. Never in my life have I’ve been talk to you like that. I could give a zero I would Definitely not even worth a one star rating.

Was on the phone with my husband and the guy working the drive thru said it was going to be 15 minutes before he could take his order so my husband said that’s fine he can wait. But for some reason the guy didn’t like the fact that my husband would wait and told him that he wouldn’t take his order! They just need to shut down this location they all the time doing stuff like this. It won’t be missed if they do shut down and this town will probably celebrate its closing.

Got to the drive through a few minutes before open , around 5:55 , I was waiting the 5 mins looking at the menu when a young man came over the speaker and told me I could not wait in the drive through. So I parked in the lot and just ordered my food online . When I got to the window I wasn’t greeted with a smile or goodmorning , just an attitude and was told I couldn’t order myself a drink since I forgot it because the cashier didn’t have her register ready yet. I would assume it’s bc she didn’t get there until 5:59 am . I do not recommend this establishment to anyone!

Cashier was very rude!!! Ran out of eggs and made us wait for 20 minutes. Ordered a fully loaded croissant and was told they don’t sell fully loaded, she made us pick either sausage, bacon or ham. She didn’t even know the menu items! Unbelievable poor service! Finally got our food and it was cold and didn’t even receive everything we ordered!!!!!! Never coming back!!!!! Food was disgusting!!!!!
