A great location. Food is fresh and the staff is beyond polite- THEY ARE SO FRIENDLY.
we come once a week, and everytime we do, the drive-thru staff treat you like you are their friend or favorite neighbor. We always appreciate the smiles and great attitudes. Not just good food, but a pleasant experience. REALLY- my husband and i always comment about how nice they are and in such great moods and that we really enjoy our interactions here.
Tonight, we got 3 meals for around $30, everyone is full, and there are no dishes to wash!
The food is enjoyable, but I hope the owner and management truly appreciate their staff; as they are the reason we continue to return on a regular basis.
I truly am astonished by reading other local reviews. We only eat here at dinner time if it is Monday thru Friday, or lunch if it is Saturday and Sunday. I dont know if it is a difference in staff or time of day, but we have nothing but consistently great service here. In addition to that, our food is always correct and fresh. (And I honestly consider myself to be more critical in my judgements, than most other people most of the time.)

Literally drove up to the drive thru, black guy that has the mixed/black gray hair/beard was outside smoking and instantly appeared at the window with my food in hand. I made an online order and I even got there later and my order was not correct or ready. He hands me a bag, not greeting me at all, and just stands there. I’m missing my drink and another order of hash browns. No apology, no accountability, no smile. Pick another job if you can’t do yours right, plenty people need a job and would want yours and do it right. Really pissed off bc this food was for my parents, and we just left from the hospital and are starving and the last thing I was expecting was to deal with is incompetence.

The nastiest meal I’ve ever gotten from them today on October 2, 2025 at 4:20pm. Cold old fries that were redropped…cold hard nuggets and chicken fries….forgot my drink..forgot my son’s honey mustard…I’ve seen way better from this location and today just wasn’t it!!! We only live 5 minutes from them. No reason for any of that nonsense today.

Kim and Ernestine were amazing as well as all of the people I’ve spoken to here, I just got custody of my disabled son and he loves Burger King but now he wants it all the time because this Burger King always makes it hot always makes it fresh and everybody is wonderful. For one the phone number listed is not the right phone number. I tried calling because I got an Egg Normous burrito that was SUPPOSED to have bacon and sausage on it. However, there was only bacon and very little at that. This place has gone down hill fast. Lack of help is NOT an excuse as I was literally the ONLY customer there at the time. I will NOT ever go back. Now I see why no one else was there and I was the only customer. First picture was what they gave me, second picture is how it’s suppose to be made. ♀️ Get it together or CLOSE the place down!!

I was redeeming my points and was told I needed to buy something to redeem my free burger. I couldn’t afford it, I was just trying to give my daughter something to eat, the woman working the counter had a tone of “move on” and wasn’t helpful. I looked it up afterwards, I didnt need to buy anything for the free food. Extremely angry and hurt.

One of the worst Burger Kings ever. I haven’t learned my lesson yet because it’s so close to work. Food is never right. Fries stale the tea is the best thing unless they run out. Management suck so no wonder why the staff does too. The staff always has an attitude like we are bothering them. Smh just shut down already.

Great! I had the 2 $4 croissants. I only ate one I got full but it was delicious. Mine was the sausage egg and cheese. Glad I didn’t order the double croissants. I was full from one single. And it was hot and fresh and of course got my receipt to get free whopper or chicken sandwich or croissant with just filling out the survey on line and writing my code on my receipt. These come in real handy. Pic tells you how good it was. Sorry That’s all that was left.
