this is the slowest burger king ever. I showed up and only had one car in front of me. I didn’t order a lot and the car in front of me didn’t look like they had a lot either. 20 minutes I sat in the drive thru. this isn’t the first time this has happened either. every experience I’ve had here, was bad due to incredibly slow service! this is supposed to be fast food.

Went here last night 8/21 around 7-8pm. The food was fresh, the service was amazing. It was one of the best Whoppers I had in a long time even the fries tasted like they just came out of the fryer. This store is 10000% better than the simpsonville store and the haywood rd location. The store manager was there and she was doing an AMAZING job keeping her customers satisfied! The drive thru clerk was super nice and had everything in my order correct

Great place. We went for lunch had 1/2 turkey sandwich and a Cobb salad. It was very yummy. Server was quick and very pleasant. Stopped by the table to see if everything was great. Recommend this place.

The woman that took my order was on their phone instead of taking our order. She then did not list everything on the food when specifically asking what was on the food. She then did not take off any items that were asked on the other two meals I got. Every order I got was made incorrectly, and our server was not nice in the process.

I walked in to get breakfast for me and my son. I waited for a fair amount of time, the employees looked at me and continued with their conversation like I wasn’t even there. Very disappointed. If you don’t want to wait on customers, don’t work in fast food. So needless to say, I had to drive home with a hungry fussy child. This has never happened.
