I ordered online and went to pickup through the drive through. The order wasnt right and I had to pull up my receipt to get the food items. The large fry I received wasnt even half full and I had to go into the restaurant to get the remaining sauces that I paid for. I wish I could say the manager helped the situation but she was just combative through everything. Unfortunately after all this by the time I was able to eat. The food was cold and barely edible. I wont be returning to this location anytime soon.

Blonde female manager was rude to her employee. The employee seemed borderline “special needs” and she was trying expedite orders before taking mine, which was fine. If you’re going to reprimand employee, you don’t do it in front of the customer. The original chicken sandwich I got was fast but it was also cold as soon as I got it. Maybe the manager needs to focus on quality rather than micromanaging

The store is the epitome of why Burger King is going out of business. They don’t follow ordering instructions so if you order pickles or onions they just ignore it. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with Pickles and of course there was no pickles. As for mayonnaise of course there was no mayonnaise. Also ordered onion rings with the Burger King sauce no sauce in the bag. They don’t participate in National promotions like Wednesday whopper. These people just suck. The food is always cold it’s always wrong they don’t participate in corporate promotions. I have no idea how their doors are still open

Employees are unhelpful and intelligent. Nicest way I can put it. Ordered online only to arrive and discover that they were out of burgers at a place named BURGER King. They didn’t know how to refund or cancel my order. Had to email the customer service dept from the app.

I came to this location and to get breakfast. Then when I left and got to my job. I looked into my bag and my hash browns weren’t in the bag. I proceeded to call them and the lady said come back and I asked my coworker to drive there and see if he could pick them up. IT’S FINE. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

I stopped in 2wks ago to purchase a sandwich after church around 1pm. Their lobby was closed and two employees were outside smoking by the dumpster with two cars in the drive thru and a LONG WAIT TIME! I decided to go somewhere else for a meal that day. Thinking that maybe that was just a bad day, I decided to give them at the cherrydale location another chance. I stopped in today to use a survey coupon that I received from visiting A DIFFERENT BK. I stopped at the drive thru and ordered a combo and tried to use my free sandwich coupon as well. My order came up to $14.00! I was told by the employee at the drive thru that I COULDN’T get the free sandwich with the coupon AND order a combo. But I had to order JUST a drink and fries which came up to $6.00 in order to get the free sandwich. I didn’t understand how paying less still resulted in getting a free sandwich. I’m not complaining about paying less, I’m confused that this employee felt that paying less to get a free sandwich made more sense! And also she seemed frustrated to even try and explain the logic behind it. I will not visit THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
