I visited this location for the first time today and was blown away by the exceptional service. Regina, the friendly and courteous lady at the register, made a fantastic first impression. The food was not only delicious but also piping hot. I’m particularly impressed since I’m a Burger King fan, and this location exceeded my expectations. If Regina is always there, I’ll be a daily customer! Five stars isn’t enough – I’d give them ten stars

I come here weekly thanks to other obligations. My 6yo and I eat here every Wednesday morning. Staff is kind and courteous to everyone – and *everyone* comes in here. Lady who runs the place obviously has her staff’s best interest in mind. Same staff for at least 3mo. Food is consistent, hot and good, and no one forgets anything. Staff is routine on thorough cleaning. There’s definitely nothing to complain about. This location takes pride in their work and it shows.

Stephanie Greer, I believe the gm or manager, is always a pleasure. That bk has def went up the ladder in my book with her running the show. I’ve been going to that bk for 15 years and when she is on duty things are on point. And also her store manager and shift managers are the same way. Great experience. Ty

From last year to this year, went from 4 to 2 rating…….ordered chicken biscuit from drive thru. It was burnt and tasted old and horrible. Had to come back out of my way to have a fresh one cooked to order. Ewwwwwww

Ordered on doordash and was missing half my items, informed doordash and was refunded. Order same items again and yet again the main items were missing even with a different driver, I fully believe they just didn’t put the correct items in the bag. What I did receive was hot and tasted fine.

This place was awesome then, something happened and it went downhill. I don’t come here for six months at least because it was so bad, between the food and service it was ridiculous.
Now much better! Still some room for improvement but doing better! I came two times this week alone.
Store is clean and the food is done fast.
Some could work on their customer service skills yet, but better.
Hoping the mobile ordering is working well with them. Seemed like Burger King wasn’t getting along with it’s own app there for a little while and the workers decided they wasn’t going to do mobile orders … So glad it’s changed… I’ll update if need be.
Oh and what was ever wrong with the app doesn’t seem to be affecting it anymore. It got to were it wouldn’t let me pay for my order and I couldn’t do a mobile ordering for a long time. It just kept erroring out no matter what card I used or what I ordered.
