They ask you to view the menu then it takes about 15 minutes before they take your order. The prices on the menus does not go with they charge you at the window. It was one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had a Burger King. Maybe more training and more workers are needed. This was a Burger King in Kingstree,

Went inside to place an order 2 weeks ago and after waiting around 15 minutes without even being acknowledged, they finally got our order. I understand places are understaffed, but acting like we are invisible is rude.

I went through the drive through yesterday and half the menu was out, so I ordered what I could see, which was a chicken sandwich. I get to the window and pay and they asked me to park and they would bring my food out. I paid at 5:12pm. At 5:32pm still no food. I walk in and still had to wait another 5 minutes before I could grab someone’s attention. The workers would legit look at you in the face and not say a word. There were even customers in there complaining how they must be invisible.. I told them I had been waiting 25 minutes for food from the drive through. No apologies or nothing. At that point, I just wanted my money back. The whole ordeal took 35 minutes and I left with no food. Poor customer service.

Got one of the $5.00 specials. I was the only customer inside or out. I gave her a $100.00 bill…only thing I had. About 4 minutes passed and she returned with my food, receipt ($5.50), and change. I counted the change, realized it was incorrect, gave it and the receipt back to her. I asked her to check it. She counted it, got a little disgusted, and told me it was correct. I thanked her and drove off with my order, and $105.40 change.

Every fast food restaurants have their own signature or special dish/burgers and I like all of the ones that I’ve tasted. I personally think that Burger King stands out just a little more. Tasty food, a pleasant atmosphere, and the service is getting better everyday since the pandemic.

This place needs a real manager. I can’t go back. My order is always wrong and served cold, like they’ve had it pre made early morning. Smh. Its nasty. I remember my egg being caught cold and burnt. I see the drive thru line getting shorter. People love burger king, so my advice is do better and the people will come.. Amen..!!

ONLY recommend going in the early morning when Tara is there. Otherwise you Will have your order given to you wrong and the poor young cashier’s have bout as much training as a kid in a concession stand at a football game. This location doesn’t honor their own survey coupons anymore not BK gift cards. Sad for being one our towns newest dining spots.

Went thru the drive thru last night around 9:15 , no one answered and so I stopped by the window to be assisted only to be told by one of the employees that their system is “down” This is the third time they said this. BK closes at 10 and this is very unprofessional of them to use this as their excuse. I seen the whole staff hiding and laughing. Whoever the hiring manager is, needs to do better.

Cooperate really needs to look into cameras and eveything y’all working standing there talking not taking peoples order there no way I will ever try this place again I would rather go to lake city location they did way better then this location get new employees n mangers here if u still have them working for you then ur loosing hella a lot of Business . Ordered 3 burgers, only got two. Gotta check before you leave. Always. Everything was fresh and tasty, no complaints there. Staff was nice and helpful. Very clean dining area.
