Curbside is slow as crap, order ready but 10 minutes later no where in sight….so after waiting 30 minutes at curbside I went inside, order not ready 10 minutes more and I get food, no drinks, another 20 minutes before I get my drinks… mean while there are 5 people inside waiting for their orders to be corrected because they were wrong… if there was a manager on duty they should be fired immediately… there is no way a manager could have missed all these mistakes and chaos in the kitchen and not been on top of it… this place is 5 times worse than it was before the remodel.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Best fast food experience I have had in years. Prompt greeting at the menu. Friendly order read back. Special items correct when ordered. At the window, fast, friendly money and drink exchange. The cashier was absolutely delightful. The second window was quick and precise. The order was not only correct, but everything was hot and fresh. Overall, a great experience. This is how it should be done.

I like BK, but dam/ you can never get a hot burger. Why are they always cold?

It sucks that we had to repeat and go over and over our order with the lady over the intercom while she talked to people in the back ground. And of course the one thing I got for myself out of my order, a large fry, wasn’t in any of the bags when I arrived home smh.

There need to have they close at 10:45 instead of 11. I went up there at 10:07 and was ordering the 2 for 10( wopper and fish sand which..) Well I didn’t get a wopper I got a large Burger and then the women at the window act like she couldn’t hear me I had to repeat my order 8xs.. Then first of all she is going to say we close in 10 mins. I said ma’am I just called and ask someone and they told me 1045. I usually don’t have a promble but in the last 3 to 4 months I been there at 1030 and they would be close…
