Waited 30 mins for cold “FAST” food if that’s what you wanna call it. They give you part of the order and make you wait for the rest while other items are getting cold. And that’s actually where the funny part comes in-you don’t get ALL of your items even after that long wait. I don’t know if it’s just the south or what but get it together!!! Or hire people who can read and know how to package orders correctly and promptly! 30 mins for microwaved food is ridiculous.

I’ve been standing here in line for approximately 10-15 mins without being greeted or my order being taken. Review the cameras and you will see that I’m not lying. An assoc or a member of management looked at me but said absolutely nothing. It’s ok to wait but it’s bad not to even be acknowledge. McDonald Is not better than BK but I’ve never seen customers having to wait this long. It’s not a races review because I’m just like everyone of them that is working. I agree that they were busy when I got there but it only take a second to acknowledge your guest. Everyone appears to be very polite. The staff is wonderful. We just need to pay attention to who’s in front of you.

Cleanliness is always an issue at Burger King. No hand soap or paper towels in the rest room. How do employees wash after using the restroom? The floor in the restaurant was sticky, did they use a dirty mop? The Whopper was good, but these kind of issues stop me from going to a Burger King. Keep your store clean!

Burger King was my favorite restaurant for a quick meal, until attending this one the burgers are overcooked dried out they’re thrown together without any expertise honestly I think a 5-year-old would have put together a better sandwich so if you’re looking for that amazing Whopper with his signature sauce it’s tomatoes lettuce onion pickle with a special bun avoid this place at all cost because you will not get it you will get a dried out shoe leather tasting garbage trash

Avoid this place… Food is old greasy, cold.. just wanted a hot and fresh bacon biscuit.. hash browns .. uncooked and inedible.. like they took frozen and dipped in old grease for a minute.. bacon on biscuit was not even equal to 1 slice .. egg square was disgusting.. biscuit had to be from day before..hard as a rock.. the bacon sausage croissant was a joke..I’ve had them frozen and microwaved at a cheap gas station better than here.. there were several employees cutting up laughing and playing on entering.. no one else inside but treated like we had a lot of nerve coming in and bothering them.. I’m mad after paying over $20 for food that couldn’t be eaten.. and customer service that was terrible..this place didn’t deserve 1 star but had to do that to write a review.. shame on them and on the manager that hired them.

I’ve been to plenty of burger kings and this one was by far the worse. The overall experience was disappointing. We waited about 20 minutes for our order, and the employee at the counter forgot what we ordered, which made things even slower. I also needed to change my toddler, but there was no changing table in the restroom, which was really inconvenient. On top of that, the soap dispenser was broken, so we couldn’t even wash our hands properly. Definitely not the smoothest visit.

Stopped here for drive through breakfast. Waited ten minutes for our order to be taken. No other cars in front of us( one car behind us. When we got to the pick up window, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming coming from the inside of the restaurant. No wonder the service was so slow.

This crew was AMAZING!! We were driving up the coast, atleast 10 of us. We didn’t know they closed the lobby at 9pm. At 8:55 pm (5 mins to close) we came in with 10 people. Ordered almost 100 worth of food. These people were so nice, let us use the bathrooms & the play area so our babies could stretch their legs. The manager at this location was very orderly & made sure things were being done. But she was pleasant, with the best accent! I feel as though this crew specifically works well together & made it happen. And they did while being friendly & ensuring all of our food was fresh and correct. They just went above and beyond what was necessary to accommodate us. After such a crazy trip with the storms rolling through, this genuinely made our evening a whole lot better so THANK YOU!!

40 minutes in the drive through, get to food window she trys to hand me someone else’s order then proceeds to get mad at me because that wasn’t ours. No apologies, no sorry for the wait, no receipt, no marinara sauce, melted ice and a rude person. The girl that took my payment was polite and professional. Then we get not so nice. Horrible experience overall, will not return.
