Ordered two large meals , I asked for. A Orange and to sub my fries with 8 mozzarella sticks since that would equal a Large fry. Get to the window they gave me a 4pc mozzarella I said whatever it doesn’t matter. THEN they gave me a purple drink I asked do y’all have hi-c orange. The girl said no and gave me a blank stare. So I ask okay so what’s this drink ? She just looks at me , my boyfriend ask is this a hi-c grape she says yes .. There is only a little bit of orange left . So why not ask me what drink I rather have and tell me that there is no more orange?? Service is always bad and sorry to say but the cashier is always nonchalant and acts like a slow person.

Stopped in for lunch today. Bad idea. Walked in…waited 10 minutes, was not greeted by anyone. There was no one working the front register, only the drive thru. Went to wash my hands while I was waiting, the bathroom was tore up. No tp in the holder, toilet had urine all over it, holes in the wall, door broken, and no paper towels in the holder. After seeing how nasty the bathroom was, we decided to try somewhere else.

Walked in and did not see anyone working or even customers. The place did not even look open. There was boxes covering the counter, the mens restroom is a mess. What is bad is an employee just walked out of the restroom and it was trashed. He also did not wash his hands. HEP-A WARNING!!!

The menu sign is all busted up. Long wait, only 2 cars ahead of me. Had to return for a chicken sandwich. I called to inform them it was missing. Their response was “Yeah she forgot to put it in the bag.” Went back to pick it up. The sandwich was cold, nothing was given for my troubles.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes, no one ahead of me. They never asked for what my order was so I drove around to see whats the problem. There was a bunch of people screwing around behind the counter and no customers whatsoever in the building. This is not the first time similar problems has happened at this place.
