Took my kid to get Burger King after practice around 8pm. They drive thru attendant really acted like he didn’t want to be there. I ordered two Whopper meals, one with fries, the other with onion rings. When I checked my food, there were two fries. I told them and they old me to pull up (someone will bring it). I sat there about 15 mins then went back to the window. Asked about the onion rings, and they still hadn’t dropped it. This type of Service is the main reason why I dont frequent this location.

I am currently here at the store 11:16am Feb 23, 2026. No prices shown the cashier didnt know y just a shoulder shrug. the store is absolutely disgusting no where to sit and eat its dirty all over mind u the store is not busy. Staff is outside right now on their phone. The juice machine made me sick they didnt even clean the outside that customers are seeing. Might as well lock the location down.

We ordered online. We arrived 30 minutes after we ordered. We were asked to “pull up behind that car,” so we did and waited for another 5 minutes for our order. The receipt on the bag said, ” no o-ring.” So we didn’t get the onion rings we ordered and paid for. They did add an order of unsalted french fries. Not the same thing, but an attempt. We also didn’t get our 12 piece mozzarella fries, but got an order of spicy chicken fries that we didn’t order and would never order.

The people running this location do not care what the public thinks at all. The one guy running orders out to customers cars in drive through kicks the door open and slaps it on the way back inside. They are very loud in the back. And the owner seems to no longer care about the store. They are serving food from an urban blight run down building. Foot prints are on the glass of the doors. Ceilings look bad.

We tried their new spicy chicken wrap combo and it was delicious. Carissa and Mother were outstanding employees who were working above and beyond their jobs to ensure we had a good experience. I hope the owners know what gems they employ.

I haven’t had Burger King in years and was very excited and ate the food and it tasted very good no complaints but my compliant is how it made me feel afterwards maybe an hour after eating I began to feel light headed and sick to my stomach. Not a lot of food gets me sick so when something does there’s definitely something wrong and it’s very unfortunate because I grew up eating Burger King it’s sad to see that this is the outcome now. But to end on a good note the cotton candy cloud drink was absolutely amazing and I loved it will definitely order that again but nothing else.
