Wonderful experience. The young woman at the counter was so friendly with everyone. She was the only one working the counter and did an amazing job. My food was hot and delicious. Glad to find a Burger King with great staff and good food.

Great customer service! Good food! Traveling from GA to SC and back. Personally, I love BK however some don’t meet the cut. This BK is not like the rest! Food was made almost too look like the menu. Great customer service from Von. If he’s in the store, know you gone be taken care of. Today we’ve been to McDonalds and BK, BK is just better, hands down!!!! P.S. he even went above and beyond to help my wife pick the finest sauce for her onion rings.

Food was great as usual. The downfall to this Burger King is there employees were yelling loud enough for people ordering and waiting for food, about having no help in the kitchen and getting angry while making the food. Was very uncomfortable and made us feel awful for ordering with them. Next time we will eat elsewhere.

The food tasted like it had been cooked and held in a warming bin. Lettuce was brown and slimy. Not very appealing for $11.

They’ve drastically improved their customer service and food. They keep going through difficulties with their computer systems and the AC in the building, but their staff are the best. District needs to get them some maintenance and raises with the quickness.
