Me and my family stopped here to get a quick bite. The nice lady with the lip piercing who took our order was very nice. She was sweet and was very patient with us. Our food was so good. We have been to many burger kings and the food was never like the food we ordered today.

I just left this location ordering a bacon dbl cheeseburger combo only mayo on it. As I’m going down the road I open it to realize that I got a hamburger plain! I’m sorry but if I wanted a hamburger I would’ve ordered one and I dang sure wouldn’t have spent $10 for it. Not to mention that the girl running drive thru is just rude. Usually when people come to a window they would like to hear “thank you”, “have a good night”, something! Nope! She handed me the food and shut the window. No words spoken. I’m just really upset that I just paid $10 for a lousy hamburger. If I had time to turn around I would’ve. Sad part is they got my bag right. They just couldn’t read the ticket I guess. Burger King yall gotta do better!

Typical Burger King resturant. Nice clean facility, friendly staff, working hard while busy. Used the BK app and got a free large fries with the double Whoppers and cheese. They offered a “2 for $6” also on many of their sandwiches including their large fillet of fish. Always a good value. Of course drive-up window available. There are also the newer self ordering kiosks.

I saw a special online, my husband went in to order it. They told him it was online only. That was fine. Problem was they neglected to tell him that they had the same special in store for a few extra bucks. He happen to see it as he waited for the order. The lack of customer service was irritating. Came across as who needs our business. The food that he did order is good but they aren’t the only restaurant in Roebuck that sells hamburgers.

I pulled up to the drive thru at 955 PM, not realizing they closed at 10. The guy at the drive thru was very pleasant and kind, he even apologized for the order taking a long time, but I had to apologize to them for not knowing they were about to close. Thanks so much

The guy who took our order was very nice. Got to the window and paid. Received our food within reasonable time. No complaints until we pulled off and got back on road to complete our travel. They ruined every sandwich we had and were already down the road before we opened the burgers. Will not be wanting Burger King ever again.
