I went because I wanted to try the BK Royal chicken wrap. It looks so good on t.v and it looks big in the ad on TV. Boy, was I wrong. The tomatoe was bigger than the chicken and the tomatoe was a small one. It was actually disrespectful that they even served that for the price. I think burger King can do better than that! As you can see in the picture how small the chicken was, it was like the size of a chicken nugget.

Terrible service. Went through the drive thru and asked them if they had ice cream and she said yes. Ordered that and 1 whopper meal and 4 kids meals. Got to the window they suddenly don’t have ice cream and she gave me 5 kids meals and when I told her I only ordered 4 she acted like she could care less and wouldn’t fix it. They really need to improve on their customer service skills.

Worst experience of my life, the staff got exasperated over a 6 person and told me I’m not telling the truth about what I just ordered. Had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. There was one car in front of us. Took the food home and it was cold and gross. Gave them another chance wait was long and the food was cold and gross again. I guess we should’ve learned the first time.

They stop taking orders well before their posted closing time. Kind of annoying when you drive 15 miles after checking to make sure they’re are open.
