This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. Not once but on multiple occasions. I once ordered online for my order to be ready asap and it still wasn’t ready when I arrived 45 minutes later. If your in a hurry dont go here. Help issue Idk?

Ordered jalapeño poppers at 8:00 waited 40 minutes then i walked back up to the cashier for her to go back and check waited another 10 minutes for them to tell me they didnt have any and asked if i wanted something else. Um No why would I want to wait even longer. Meanwhile they focus more on the drive thru than the dining area.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I pulled up on Christmas Eve just a few minutes before they closed and yes, I understand. They wanted to go home, but I had a sick daughter at home. Who only wanted chicken fries from Burger King. Instead of taking my order, I sat at the speaker for over five minutes, even trying to get their attention. They ignored me and would not take my order. When I knew it was about time for them to close, I pulled around to the window and instead of opening it and telling me she just pointed to the Christmas Eve sign saying that they were closed at four. Absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever seen. I could’ve been very forgiving if she would’ve actually been apologetic but instead, she was rude and ignorant and purposely did not take my order even though I was there on time. Shame on this location. Do better.

The service time was 25 minutes for a burger and fries. The burger was made completely wrong and I returned the food and requested a refund. This restaurant is in need of some serious help! They seem to have a new manager every couple of weeks and it’s not going well. I won’t be going back anytime soon and that’s a shame. Hopefully the owner looks at the reviews and takes action. Best of luck BK! Right now….you’re a real mess!

Went to drive through got a med coffee and a cheesebuger young lady had a bad disposition handed me the coffee the cup was cold knew instantly coffee wasnt hot i have no doubt she knew it was hoping i got down road before i found out. Told me to pull up she would make a fresh pot 1minute 45 sec later she came out with coffee obviously just microwaved it handed me the cup and walked away not sorry about that, thank you or anything

Every time I go to this location the food is hot, fresh, and delicious. I never mind waiting an extra minute for fresh fries. Would recommend the chicken sandwich and cinna-minis.

They used no gloves when handling the food. Felt extremely unsanitary. Maybe it was just my experience. We got the new SpongeBob meal and it literally tastes like it was cooked in old oil. The Mr.Crabs bacon tater tot bites. You could even smell the old oil off of it. The whopper was alright and it was the only thing that tasted ok. They basically touched my fries with their unsanitary hands and just made me feel absolutely disgusted

Don’t go here. I was told ice machine was not working and they don’t have ice cream. You wonder why know one comes here. Also it took 10 minutes for them to tell me this. Waisted my time. Please close this location. Staff is really mean. I never heard back from the email they told me to email. It’s been a week.

I was told to pull around and wait for a simple double cheeseburger meal, that was all. Then I was made to wait over 20 minutes for the order to be ready. If the store can’t handle a basic order then corporate needs to streamline efficiency. Staff had an attitude when questioned. After 20 minutes I went inside the store. First I was told it was the system and they had “just got my order”, a clear lie, and then I was told the meat had to cook, but like I previously stated I only had one double cheeseburger meal, nothing else, and nothing that should take the store 20 minutes to cook.

Only been there once and only ordered one thing. I ordered a Vanilla Iced Coffee that literally had probably a teaspoon of coffee grounds at the bottom of it! It was basically undrinkable. 1st impressions are always key for me so I won’t be going back & giving them another shot. Well I thought I would give them another shot. The employees were not friendly at all, the Whopper was a sloppy mess with huge chunks of lettuce. I won’t forget about about this one.
