Staffs re the reason take too long and use their time on cell phone and listen video while wait for my order like less 10 min waiting since not much people on line not professional staff. Surprisingly, no complaints, I’m used to halfway decent service, wrong orders. But we were sort of starving and needed some fuel for a long trip. The young man who took our order war very sweet! We got all our food. Waited a bit, but they did everything right and we got s pup cup that they normally don’t do. I’m glad we stopped there and not at McDonald’s.

I went inside to order because my truck and trailer wouldn’t fit in the drive thru. The counter person was extremely rude and didn’t want to serve me. They kept saying they were out of everything I tried to order but were taking orders in the drive thru.

Slowest drive through ever… took 15 mins for someone to take my order..then was out of the item I wanted..so got something else and they gave me someone else’s food. I don’t understand how that happened seeing no other car in front or back of me.. Employees need to learn some customer service and treat people right..instead of being nasty bc you got there food wrong and took sp long to take my order!! WILL NOT BE BACK! WILL NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT EAT AT BURGER KING IN GAFFNEY, SC. THE FOOD & SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I give this Burger King in Gaffney, SC 0 (ZERO) stars. I was so excited to try the new Taco that was advertised as having a light & crispy shell. That is not what I got. First of all I asked the lady who took my order what all came in the taco and she specifically told me shredded cheese but when I got my taco it had sliced cheese. The taco had a slice of American single slice cheese in it. Everyone who eats tacos knows that you do not put sliced cheese in a taco. Secondly, the bottom part of the taco was soo soggy like it had been made for awhile. Let me at this point tell you that I stood waiting on my food for 10 minutes. Thirdly, and the most WORST part of my taco was the top half of the shell. It was like biting rocks. I’m dead serious. When I took a bite of the top part of the taco it was soo hard that I actually couldn’t bite it with my front teeth as you normally do a taco. I actually had to bite it with my jaw teeth because the shell was rock hard. I couldn’t even eat the taco. Like I said it was like I was trying to bite & chew rocks. By this time I had already left & got home so I threw it away because it would have costed me more than a dollar to drive back to return it. I am leaving this very poor review here & on Yelp & I am calling them to complain. So my warning is DO NOT EAT AT BURGER KING IN GAFFNEY, SC. THE FOOD & SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE.
