On Sunday afternoon the lady over charged me. I have coupons for two burger,drink and it’s should be $14.99 but the cashier charges it’s $10 each the burger was dry and chicken nuggets was chewy taste like rubber I use to love burgers kings for forty years. I placed an order through the app for the first time, and I’ll never do it again. Maybe I’ll use a different location? But WOOF, this place is poorly managed.
Waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. Order pickup was for 5:20 and I didn’t even get through the drive thru until 5:45… employees with pants below the waist, can see their underwear… unbelievable poor service.
Do better Burger King… I’ll never step foot or go through the drive thru at this location again… and *shocker* my food was cold.

I choose to eat here every day because I work across the bridge and it’s convient for me . I absolutely love burgerking andI have loved it since i was a kid. I keep choosing this place day after day hoping it will get better . I either doordash it when im to busy to leave or the days im not so busy I go in and eat or sometimes I go pick it up and come back to work . I always have issues and it’s sucks because there is no way you can call and speak with the manager or even call corperate. You literally have to email the thing and they email you back . But doing that doesn’t get the point across and definitely doesn’t pay me back for my items or time. Im currently on my lunch break and I had doordash deliver my food and once again the chicken fries are so hard it’s like there is no chicken left inside. Its just a hard stick. My Dasher simply asked the workers is there ranch in the bag and they said yes and there wasn’t so my Dasher went back just to get ranch . My food is either really hard and cold , missing items , missing condiments . Its always something at this burgerking and it’s really making me wanna go somewhere else. Im tired of spending my my money at this place and not get good food

My daughter and I were traveling back home and stopped at this Burger King. We were impressed at how clean the restaurant was, including the restroom. The employees and customers were friendly and our food was fresh, hot and delicious.

Burger King needs to go back where it used to be you always with their flame boil boogers on the grill, you can smell it for miles. Now it has no flavor, no taste whatsoever. I must be getting lucky because I’ve only had decent to great service here. One time the guy taking my order seemed annoyed that I tried ordering lunch during breakfast times (it was 10 am,) but I still got my order made right. Today both people on the speaker and at the window were very nice. The first made sure to ask if I wanted cheese on my impossible whopper, which I didn’t since I wanted it vegan. The one at the window seemed very sweet and had a friendly attitude. Didn’t have to wait a second for my order.

Very nice and clean Burger King location. It is separated from a McDonald’s by a sub par hotel but out of the three this one has the best customer quality. Also nice seating areas as well and the WiFi is faster than the hotel ironically and connects easier.

Staff was no help ordering, sound annoyedwe walked in, soda machine broken but they still just handed us cups for us to fill. All of our orders were the same size as our kid’s meal. The guy fixing the soda machine was more helpful than the staff. No condiments available or napkins, had a roll of bathroom paper towel by the garbage.
