Every single time I have tried to order food at this place there was an issue. Grill down, credit card machine broke…and so on. Today’s excuse was that they take CASH ONLY unless you use the drive thru. We wanted to eat inside after a long drive. The last time we were told to use a credit card we had to come inside. What is going on here? Worst BK EVER! I am so done with even trying with BK. THEY HAVE THE WORST ISSUES. We left with nothing.

I waited 20 minutes for a meal. When it came the fries were not hot. But the real issue was that the burger (impossible burger) was not made fresh. The bread was flat, the lettuce and tomato were hotter than the meat. The only reason why this could happen is because it was reheated. That my friends is a nasty tasting burger. I suggest that whoever owns this establishment needs to pay them a visit. This is unacceptable. I paid almost $13.00 for the meal. I just took my meal back to the counter and told the employee that I don’t appreciate a reheated burger and left it there. So BK you got my money today. I definitely do not recommend it.

It’s always an issue when visiting this location, the only reason we’ve gone back multiple times is because of the location. The staff always has an attitude and the order is always messed up somehow. This last go round I ordered an impossible burger and they charged me double for cheese. Only got one slice. And they forgot my bbq sauce. The week was not long, but I guess that is supposed to them not having as many customers with the slack a$$ service.prices have gone up to and it’s definitely not worth the money anymore

Just close this location!! Always a wait. Service is like, ‘Here you go.’ The food tastes like it’s been microwaved especially the burgers, and fries not hot…just You ever craving for BK, go to the Burger King in Lugoff, SC! No wait, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere will have you come back. Oh the food, burgers are grilled, fries are hot!!

Everything was nasty and terrible. I really wanted a whopper and I’m not sure how you can mess the flavor of a whopper uo but I gagged. It was gross. The fries were fried in super old nasty grease. It was gross all around. One kiosk didn’t work and. No one was taking orders. I have a handicap and needed assistance….none was offered and was also denied.

Sign out front says dining room open from 6am to 10pm. All doors locked at 12pm and only the drive thru is open. I had walked there to find this out. I can’t understand at this point in time why dining rooms aren’t open. We are past the COVID-19 scare. Please open up for those of us who are hungry.
