disgusting !! the restrooms are gross old dirt on sinks .. employees don’t wear gloves and I saw one wearing gloves never once changed them after touching multiple items and $ 18. for a cheeseburger fries and drink.. fries were half cooked. disgusting gross and it was only me no one else

Placed an online order when I pulled up. Everybody was standing outside looking mad that I bought up. Then, I told him I had an online order. Pulled to the second window where they told me that they were out of the junior size buns. So she couldn’t make my burger, so I asked her what I could do. And she says she wasn’t really sure that I could get the chicken fries because that’s around the same price, and I told her I didn’t want chicken fries. I ordered a burger so I was like, can I not get a whopper? And she said that I would have to pay like $4 or something for the upcharge, and I told her that I wasn’t paying more, because they were out of something.So then she proceeded to tell me she was going to get the rest of my food together.Then, handed me my food and told me to go online and ask for a refund and to have a good night. And she had her kid behind the register near the grill. Insane…

Online ordering and posted hours are apparently wrong. Rudely told to “come back at 7 when we’re open” after explaining my online order was placed and paid for. Don’t waste your time or money on this establishment. The inability to accurately report business hours is absolutely ridiculous, and having an attitude towards a customer over the businesses short comings is even more ludicrous.

The cashier Tabitha was really rude to me I don’t know why but when me and my boyfriend were ordering she would only talk to him and kept rolling her eyes at me the food is fresh but off of the unnecessary attitude she gave me I will not be coming back to this one

Randy did not put straws in the bag nor did he put napkins in the bags . Ordered 3 Cheeseburger kid’s meal and he only got 1 right out of 3. If I wasn’t in such a big hurry to get to Oncology I would have turned back around. They weren’t even busy at 11:15 this morning. But the fries were very good and hot and my Dr Pepper was greAt!!

First of all I like to state is their tables are dirty and you have to ask them to clean them off or if they are clean, then they weren’t cleaned properly and still looked nasty. Second of all, me and my wife ordered the Steakhouse Whopper and paid for it and then found out after the order was placed that they didn’t even have it anymore and never bothered to let us know ahead of time all while we were waiting for our food. Third of all, my wife requested to get our money back if they didn’t have it and one of the ladies who had blonde hair mentioned with a attitude to my wife that we would have to talk to the manager about that and she went to talk to the manager herself and the manager said with a bit of a attitude herself that I could get something of the same value or less but they really didn’t have what I wanted that was of the same value and she finally did try to make me something with what they had to replace what they sold us that they didn’t have to begin with and I did happen to get a upset stomach from the food. I also happened to witness them as well not using any gloves while handling our fries and other food but did use gloves when making the burgers. They touched everything else along with making the fries with no gloves. They need to use gloves every single time they are touching food and change gloves when they are making different food for other people for it’s highly unsanitary and can cause cross contamination. The other Burger King is just as bad if not worse than this place. What’s happened to BK and where is the joy and dedication and as well as the smiles that used to be in place for BK for so long? BK as a whole has gone down the toilet and the food has become so nasty and so mediocre that it’s not even funny. They no longer have good food and the food are made by those who no longer cares and who also has a nasty attitude. Either fix this mess or the health dept will be contacted and corporate will also be contacted. I remember when BK had really good food and has earned 5 Stars over the years but it’s sad that it had to come to this to where I have to give them only one Star. This has been a 2nd time that their food has also made me sick with a upset stomach. The order was placed at 12:55pm today but was so highly disappointed. I doubt I’ll ever go back and BK needs a wake up call and their food needs to improve and they also need to see what other BK’s in other countries around the world are doing and bring those menu’s to the U.S. and do the same exact thing and expand the menu and then I may come back once the improvements has been made.

Tonight my family and I stopped by to grab a quick dinner after a long day. To our surprise we were greeted by a kind and very polite young man named Devin. He was very patient with us as we struggled to figure out exactly what we wanted.
Our food was delicious and our kiddos were definitely satisfied!! This experience was beyond the best I have received since going here!! We definitely need more Devin’s in alot more places. Thanks for the incredible experience!!
