I ordered two mocha iced coffees with light ice, but the drinks I got clearly didn’t have light ice. When I told the employee at the second window, they said they were suddenly out of mocha iced coffee. My daughter finished her iced coffee in 3-4 sips. There was a ridiculous amount of ice in these iced coffees. The other food I ordered was fine.

Holy Service Royal Treatment – Thank you Jesus . Server Greeted me a Sparkling Smile Courtesy Fast Professional Service. Went above and beyond helping this 60 something year old with his Gift Card issue. Was a Vantastic Visit got a show with music. Will return like the interact with Customers before me can tell they regulars she treated each customer like a King or Queen. Big Fish Sandwich was very Tasty to me. Observed whole Team working as 1.

Super slow service. Chicken sandwich was either old or it had been cooked too long, whatever was the reason it was disgusting. The new Bourbon BBQ Whopper had way too much sauce on it, it was very sweet.

If I could give them a flat out zero I would last night I went to Burger King to grab something quick to eat because I didn’t have time to cook. So you wouldn’t believe what happen as I started eating and I went to grab my drink and when I start drinking something came through the straw and it was a big black bug I was horrified and disgusting I instantly threw up all my food everything and spit it out I didn’t think to take pictures because I was shock the overall place is disgusting the workers look like someone they just higher off the street and will be reporting this to consider looking into reporting this due to food safety and legal matters involve in this issue

I went to get my son the “How to Train your dragon meal” online the meal is only $12.99 for the combo, but at the window the lady told me they couldn’t ring it up at that price and that they had to ring everything separately, so what’s the point of it being advertised as a combo????? Nontheless the young man at the front counter was very polite.

I was there between 12:25-12:33pm I ordered two chicken wraps, a medium fry and a medium Sprite. I got all of them instead of the Sprite and I asked the lady when she had my food. Where is my drink? She took my receipt and that I didn’t asked for a sprite and she said that this is Kristin receipt I said this my receipt said no ma’am that is Kristin ticket. (She never asked for my name.)She went back inside and come out said I didn’t order a drink. But it was on the receipt I told her yes I did. She got a big attitude to me and I did not like that at all I paid $10.41 for my food and tell me how is three things is for $10.41!!! I feel like she think I was lying
