Soooooo, this nighttime crew is WILD! I think everyone back there is on something! That dmv scene from zootopia, that’s literally this crew. I have never seen someone put mayo on a sandwich so slow before in my life. Waited 30 minutes at the curbside pickup while orders were being given out completely out of order. Go inside to see what’s going on, wait another 15 minutes, get told they were out of something so they took the liberty of just replacing something. Check the bag, missing an order of chicken fries, missing my two drinks. Dude says “what drinks did you have?” A sprite and a coke. “Alright you gotta get the sprite from the fountain,” hands me cup, “I’ll be back with your Dr Pepper” lmao DAWG! Tell them we’re missing an order of chicken fries. Still standing here waiting on the chicken fries, I think they’ve absolutely forgotten as others are still getting their food. AN HOUR FOR THE DAMN FOOD EVERYONE SOUNDING AND ACTING LIKE THE ALL HOTBOXED BEFORE COMING ON SHIFT!

Just left this location my order came out to be 25.66. I ordered two number ones both with cheese. Only to get home and no cheese on either of my sandwichs. Called the store number and got a voicemail. I just worked a 12 hour shift and didn’t want to go back out because some is not taking there job seriously . Or can’t read a screen. This why it’s never busy because they can’t get simple order correct. And they made me pull up and wait for my order and said they was out of the signature lemonade. Will never come here again.

UNACCEPTABLE WAIT TIMES!! Waiting over 20 minutes past the expected pick up time for an order. Almost zero acknowledgement from the staff either. Severely understaffed, this business cannot run with only two employees working!
Avoid this BK at all costs, let them go out of business. At least that would be a merciful end for this restaurant.

I’m eating here right now with my family. The service is literally horrible. There’s no ice, and the playground is obviously closed so customers can’t use it. I don’t recommend this horrible Burger King store.

Went to Burger King yesterday and it was actually pretty good this time!! Last few times I’ve went they’ve messed up my order almost every time sadly.. But I’m gonna keep going and see if it gets better. I will let y’all know.
Acouple months later and let me tell you!! Management changed and this store is the best in the region!!

Not sure what happened but I’ve been back two times recently and left both times with no food. I was hopeful with new management that the changes from 8 months ago would have stuck a bit longer. I waited in drive through for 17 min before pulling off from the speaker. Was never even able to place an order. Second experience like this, with no other cars in line one of those two times. I can’t imagine this location will stay open much longer giving they never have business. Love the blue club light in the parking lot tho. Maybe we can turn this into Red Bank’s first dance club if they don’t turn it around. ✌

Dined in. Restaurant was clean, staff was a little quiet but service was still great. Food came out fast and everything was hot, order was correct including sauce for the onion rings and ketchup being in the bag! Give them a try again.

I place my order and receive my cups for drinks. I press Hi-C orange and it went in the cup but there was an angles that spurted outward onto my clothes, sneakers(new pair) and on my fingers. I mentioned to manager and she said that never happened before. That’s it. I’m very upset which I mention to her. I know it’s not her fault I suppose. But I felt that it was like, “oh well things happen”. I wash my hand very well in restroom and this orange is being stubborn and not coming off as though it’s a permanent marker ♀️

Cashier with the green dyed hair in the back HORRIBLE. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I WILL DEFINITELY DISCOURAGE ANYONE TO GO TO THAT BURGER KING EVER IN LIFE. SPENT $38.00 INSIDE THE STORE TO BE SERVED ONION RINGS THAT HAD BEEN SITTING SINCE LUNCH. INFORMED GREEN DYED HAIR CASHIER OF THE OLD SERVING OF ONION RINGS HE STATES. IT’S NOTHING I CAN DO. I CAN’T REMAKE THEM. I CAN’T GIVE YOU ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. UNTIL I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER WHO DROPPED FRESH ONION RINGS. I LEFT THE DISGUSTING OLD ORDER ON THE COUNTER. If I could give 0 I would… ran out of toys so they replaced it with an ice cream that almost completely melted before i got home (I live 3 miles away). I was the only customer, not a large order and they couldn’t get my order correct ( ordered chicken fries and a whopper WITH cheese… there was no cheese. )
