My food was wet, not even lying. I ordered at the counter and the lady working there literally threw my bag at me and didn’t say a word to me. There was mold in the bathroom and no one had cleaned off the tables where people ate. This is a terrible restaurant never come here find a better Burger King. This restaurant is disgraced to the Burger King chain because I’ve always like Burger King.

Poorly managed! Courtney was the manager on duty. I had to flag her to take my order. They had one guy making all the sandwiches, whom was very slow, one fry guy and person bagging orders and one drive thru. It took 13 minutes to get my order. All the tables were dirty. Courtney asked the lady bagging the food if she needed help and she said no. Because the burger maker can only make one burger at a time.. She needed to help make the food, but instead she just walked around doing nothing.

When I arrived to this Burger King I said my order then once I go to the window I paid for my lunch, and when they brought out my food the order was wrong, so the guy took my food back and gave me the right order. Then after that I check the bag once again they forgot to put the 2 fires I ordered in the bag. Other than that the food is actually really good! This location is way better than most!!!
I hope they work on just getting orders right! That’s the only reason why I put 3 stars.

Dee Dee was my cashier and she was great! My app and phone were wigging out and she patiently helped me get through it as well as made the food over to make it fresh. Food was standard BK food and flavorings.

We had a really disappointing experience at this fast food restaurant today. The service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually working in our orders. After waiting for 30 minutes, our order still wasn’t complete. If you’re in a hurry and looking for a quick bite to eat while traveling, I would definitely suggest looking for other options.

This place is really awful and should be closed down. The staff is extremely rude and moves slow. I paid extra and after they bag the food, they let you know they have NOTHING in stock and offered no refunds. This location is truly useless.

We went to this location and sat at the speaker for 5 mins at 8:40 pm no one greeted us. A lady later open the back door to take out trash with the headset on and still didn’t address us.

Ordered food on the app. Went to the store, waited at the drive-thru kiosk for the person to get ready to talk to me, waited behind the car at the window to be served, waited at the window for my order. Food was not fresh in any way, not sure what all the wait was for. There are 2 BKs within a mile on this road, neither is worth a crap.

The hours on the door say that the dining area opens at 6am we got there around 8 am and we were told that they only have drive thru. We ended up going to McDonald’s. Change the hours on the door about when dining area is open.
