The whooper bread was old. It was hard and as soon as you picked it up the bread broke apart. I hope the meat wasn’t old. I had to use my own bread. If I get sick I will know why. I promised myself I wouldn’t go back there and did anyway. I definitely won’t go back again this time.

I usually have no issues, and the service is usually great. Buuuuut KATHY the assistant manager is rude, and has no clue what she’s doing. How is she an assistant manager? She could barely even take our order, inside. Other people were walking out. She even called us back over, to change our cups from smalls, to junior cups. We had to tell her that those were smalls, and she asked another worker. Like how in the world is she an assistant manager. Asked for bbq sauce, and she said she put a handful in our bag. No she did not!!! Then later on, I went to order an ice cream and when I walked up to the counter, she said “what do you want now” and we were very nice and respectful the entire time. I’m just in shock.

Went through the drive thru, the young man who received payment was very professional and friendly, but the young woman who gave us our food was rude and disrespectful, thank God that she overcomes this negative attitude, so she can live to enjoy life in Him! The King Burger was salty, and the fish sandwich was also disappointing. The foods has changed drastically and the prices, but not for the good. They had better foods and better prices back in the day.

I brought my kids to eat for lunch, and the ladies running this drive thru are so sweet and helpful! The woman taking the money chatted with my kids, and was so friendly and sweet, and the girl who handed me my food double checked to make sure everything was correct before handing it to me. Food was hot, service was fast. Thank you ladies

We went to another location & found out our order was wrong but by time we realized, this was the closest location. So we called and Ricky was able to assist and guide us on the next steps
As we arrived to get our order fixed, Ricky acknowledged us immediately!
They were a bit busy but were able to get our order fixed in a timely manner!

This is one of the best burger kings that I’ve visited I a long time….. the food was great service was very pleasant and on point ….. she brought us our food to the table instead of yelling out a number ….. I love finding BK’s like this we will return for service and places like this

I have had an issue with them before years ago, I went today to get 2 egg and cheese croissants this morning they are always on the 2 for 5 and they they tried to tell me that it’s not on that it’s the other sandwiches which I say in the app where I always use it’s not like that it’s always 2 for $5.00 the lady got an attitude with me I decided to drive off before I went off on her. Mind you at the speaker they asked me if I wanted to donate a $1 to get coupons. I declined. I think they are trying to use the promotion as a way to get donations. I went to they app after I left chose the store location and the sandwiches are still 2 for $5.00 the The unprofessionalism is remarkable. It’s ridiculous. Why are you trying to cheat people out of your money?
