My husband and I had placed an order. I went through the drive thru. Had to wait a few minutes. Had to remind them I was there for an online order. They gave me a bag but it wasn’t my order it was someone else’s. I told the lady at the window. She told me to pull around to the front. They couldn’t find my order. So I did just to find the doors locked. Another customer told me they were always locked every time she’s been there. Crew members clearly see me at the door, no one comes to the door. I go back to the drive thru, wait in line just to be told my order has already been picked up. I told them no I was told to go around and the lobby doors were locked but I didn’t get my order at all. They didn’t bother to get me a manager, remake my food, anything. Just kept repeating that order was already picked up.

This isn’t the first time my orders been wrong.

I don’t recommend this location. There is no corporate number, no customer support number. All you can do is go to bk support and someone will call you in 2 days. Definitely going to dispute with my bank.

I was in drive thru got home and asked if anyone else ordered fries or maybe I paid for just a order do I called and was asked if I was still in my vehicle ni responded and said I just missing a sm fry and willing to give you my name and # for credit he told me he’s Not going to do His job sorry you Hate ur job bro it’s just fries or is this is how new management..wow bk January 23 26 or maybe did not want me to Manage just my way of Managing I should have read all the reviews on this poor manage place wow still in business lol

Imagine you’re a food delivery driver (doordash, ubereats), driving 10-15 minutes out of your way just to be told “sorry, we’re closed” after you check their hours right here on Google, where it says they don’t close for another hour or two. You point that out to the staff member that told you that, and all they have to say is, “sorry, we don’t have any meat”. If that were the case, why have ANY staff there? Just to shoo away customers and delivery drivers when they get there, because the management can’t be bothered to update their hours on here, as well as turn off their delivery system?

If I could leave a negative star review I would. EVERY TIME I COME HERE it take 30 mins to an hour to get thru the drive thru. I am sitting in the drive thru right now. A there’s me and one other car ahead of me that’s it. When I pull up she said “I’ll be with you in a second” about 5 minutes go by and she said “hi again” so I start ordering, nothing showing up on the screen. Wait another 5 minutes and she finally comes back and takes my order. They always take forever with minimal customers. They can have 1 customer and still take 30-45 minutes. It’s absolutely outrageous. Seriously they need to fire everybody and hire new staff cause here they suck. On top of that I got the jalapeño bites and she asked if I wanted ranch with that I said yes she charged me for the ranch and then did not give it to me.

So I ordered a whopper meal large with onion rings. The fries and rings were ice cold. The sandwich was very nasty looking, cold and non ripe tomatoes. I work hard for my money and I hate seeing it wasted on cold food. Fast food has become very lazy with how they put their food out.

Don’t eat here. I’ve gotten food poisoning from here two times. It’s absolutely terrible. The staff is terrible too. They’re nothing but rude. I never had a good experience here. Please don’t eat here for your own sake in your own health.

The lobby was locked even though it was supposed to be open (it was around 5 pm) so we had to go to the drive thru. The staff forgot one of our burgers, we had to loop back around through the drive thru to get it (they had just neglected to hand the bag to us, apparently). We wanted vampire nuggets, but they were out. Which is what my kids were really excited for. The nuggets we got were cold and my kid didn’t even want to eat them, she said they weren’t good. The whoppers I ordered were fine, though one was nearly dripping with mayo. The fries were not hot. I should have known from how dead it was at dinner time that this restaurant is a mess, but I was in a hurry and didn’t have the time to go elsewhere.

Who trained these people? The lady taking our order spent a good 4 minutes just to get 2 meals, nothing weird. I was thinking maybe it’s a new register and she just doesn’t know what to do, but the register seemed like it’s been stuck to that counter since 2001. Worst customer service ever, I had to go back up and ask for syrup because I got French toast sticks and she looked at me crazy like I was asking gold. These ladies need to be re trained, for sure. Worst Burger King I’ve ever been too! Period.

Don’t waste your time or money.

We used the mobile app to save time, ordered at 7:17

We arrived, and the lady working inside shouted through the speaker that she won’t take our order, I clarified that we had a mobile order, and she told us to pull through to the window.

She gives us our drinks and tells us that she had to fill doordash orders before she could get to us, and we would have to pull to the front of the store and wait.

We then watched her fill 3 door dash orders in the parking lot of 2 through the drive-through before she brought us our food.

We didn’t get our food until 8:02pm after waiting nearly 40 minutes.

The cherry on top is that she didn’t even give us our order – but after waiting 40 minutes, we just had to leave as we were already way late after waiting for the food.
