Its some underqualified people running and working this restaurant. And I don’t even know how you can say that for a fast food place. But it’s true. As soon as 4:00 p.m. sometimes earlier comes, they close the entire lobby every single day, and make people wait sometimes 25 minutes or more for stuff that is completely wrong or has been well past its serve by time. Burger King needs to step in.

Took 27 minutes for sandwich combo. Took 10 min tell me there were no cheesy tots then whn I say mozzarella fries its an additional 15 to get food…they were hit but tasted redipped in oil.
Staff on Frontline Took 3 orders while we waited handed 2 out then left out the door. Guy in drive thru had one employee come up to help ,i thought but just stood beside him looking up at screen…idk wht took so long because outside of the mozzarella sticks it was only order of cheesytots that they didnt have!!! A kids 4 piece and chicken fries. NOT 1ST time theres been a long wait for minimal food with no one else in line

I pulled in to this location at 12:05 and did not leave with food until almost 12:40. (for reference, i only ordered chicken with fries.) I waited at the register to order for about 10 minutes while the employee who was supposed to be taking my order was talking to someone in the drive thru line. Once my order was taken, I waited another 30 minutes while I listened to employees argue, door dashers argue, and the person who took my order huff and roll her eyes at the people entering the restaurant for food. not to mention, she walked away without waiting for my card to process and handing me my receipt. i can understand being short staffed, but if you can’t maintain good communication and you can’t maintain a good attitude when you’re busy then maybe working fast food isn’t for you. it’s also just plain filthy inside anyway. do not come here.

First they didn’t have some of the things we wanted so we did substitutes, ordered bacon double no ketchup or mustard, a whopper with cheese, they didn’t put any cheese on the whooper and bacon double was covered in ketchup, also ordered a frozen coke, get to the window and was told they didn’t have any and the guy already charged us for it and then wouldn’t take it off and just so said oh well.. Also the fries, onions rings and cheese sticks were cold and tasted like old grease.. They were also walking around smoking in the building so needles to say we will not be back..

The food sometimes doesn’t come out right. But what keeps me coming every time to this burger king is Julia she is always smiling and always in a good mood no matter what. In a time when finding good help is so difficult I hope they are taking care of her because they have a good one.

I used to go through the drive thru before work and they would give me sausage instead of bacon in my B, Burrito all too often so i stopped going. It’s been a while. I stopped there today and went inside to order thinking it might be more fool proof. In the car I opened the burritos and they both had sausage even though I ordered bacon. I didn’t ask for a refund or remake because I had no appetite anymore. I will never go to a Burger King again.
