This location is right next to the Ingles grocery store and CVS Pharmacy in town and we’ve been a couple times. We had been avoiding it but have come to like some of Burger King’s offerings. Every time we have come here, we have received great service and the people working have been extremely nice. This time around, I got the original chicken sandwich combo with french fries and a drink. I also got a 4 piece mozzarella fries- I’ve tried their mozzarella sticks before and was not impressed, but I heard the mozzarella fries are different. They were! They were really good. The marinara sauce is not the best. The french fries were pretty plain by themselves. The chicken sandwich I had was a little over-fried and salty. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. The mozzarella fries are an amazing improvement from their previous mozzarella sticks, and I would get them again. The original chicken sandwich is one of my favorite things to get. The people working do their best to get the food out to you as fast as they can while being accurate with your order. I definitely would recommend this location.

It’s already not good to eat burger king . But this one is more expensive and the food is actually worse than any other Burger King I’ve ever been too . Don’t bother coming here. waste of money and calories. On top of that the staff is rude. If you’re really craving burger king . Have to go to Waynesville or canton for the good good

I stopped at this Burger King for lunch. They have a nice dining room and the young lady at the order desk was friendly. I ordered the Whopper Jr. meal with fries.

Food has become consistently bad here. Burgers cold. Onion rings hollow and so dry from sitting under a warmer so long. My daughters FF were good. But $27 for 2 adult meals and a kids meal at least make it hot and fresh to order. Long wait time and perhaps the drive thru speaker needs some work because it seems the person taking order couldn’t hear and order was partially wrong.

I was skeptical when I got to the window and saw the 90 health grade but I ordered anyway. The patty is burnt black and cold. The fries were hard. But the tea was good. Food cost too much to be playing with people food and time.

I placed a drive-thru order with 8 items and was initially only given 3. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I finally received the rest—or so I thought. Once I got home, I realized they had still left out an item. I had to drive all the way back to get it.
I asked for a refund due to the inconvenience, waited another 10 minutes while they discussed it, only to be told they needed all the food back to process a refund—despite the fact that it was their repeated mistakes that caused the issue in the first place.
I understand Sylva doesn’t have a lot of food options, but save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. When I try to file a complaint on the BK site, it can’t find this location, so I’m writing a review instead.
