i ordered 4 reg burger meals,2 normal fry,2 half sides,one burger plain just cheese,received 4 burgers with everything on it,received 5 half sides and received a really bad sweet tea,didn’t get my sauces i paid for and the next feel like im very sick from it,all ordered from doordash.!

Being open until 8pm on Christmas Eve, I made sure employee was fed or had a meal to take home. I know how it feels to be without or no family to go home to on Christmas Eve. The employees here were so nice even though
I don’t have much of a voice and I felt like I was yelling at them.
Knowing even if it’s the food they see every day is the food they will have to enjoy for Christmas Eve, I hope all the nice employees here realize they are amazing for being at work and doing what they are doing. Some people don’t have a Christmas Eve dinner to go to, so it’s appreciated that your employees are willing to be there until after 8pm!!!
Please have a merry Christmas and enjoy life every chance you get!
And ALWAYS REMEMBER JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THIS SEASON ☺️

Went through the drive thru about 10:30 at the Clyde location. Wasn’t expecting much quality this late or service if I’m honest. However, I took a peek at my sandwiches (Whopper Jr w/ cheese. They looked perfect. Tasted even better. Rarely am I surprised by genuine quality because it’s rare, but great job!! The girl at the window was very pleasant and actually seemed like she had a personality. Also a rarity in the current state of things. Keep up the great work. Maybe there is hope after all.

Very poor drive-thru service.
My order was mixed up, and sauces were given without proper packaging (see photo), causing a mess. Staff were dismissive and didn’t even apologize.

Terrible food fix the kiosk to not the value size as a regular sized drinks got mixture of onion rings and French fries 2 onion rings really. When my husband asked about the size of the drinks the worker should have offered for us to pay for up size we had no problem with doing that but no offer of it and he ignored my husband. Never again will we ever go to BURGER KING again. What a joke!!!

Drive thru time is crazy long. They only do one car at a time. Dining room always closed and half the time store closes early from lack of staffing. If you have an hour to wait in drive thru then go ahead and go but otherwise I’d go elsewhere

20mins for a dbl chz burger and fries. Also…let them know that 5 people came in, waited and walked out simply because the 6-7 employees couldn’t look around the corner and do their job. Also…this man I told this too, told me “there is the door, you can go”. I had already ordered through the kiosk. Horrible customer service. Trash King.

The dining room is constantly closed. I am sick and tired of all burger kings in WNC. None of them ever seem to have the ability to open the dining room. Their lack of accountability and laziness is completely unacceptable. Not everyone is in a vehicle that can access the drive thru.

Waited in the second drive through line for my turn. They waited on the car that came into the first line after me instead of going by who was in line first. We eat at this restaurant several times a week. We will never come to this restaurant again!
